2024 REWATCHED
I thank you, Mr. Walusimbi for conducting this programme which has made many ugandans informed. I would like to inform u about the incomplete program u chaired like 6years back focusing# Dembe lya bakozi, ln that program u hosted a man who had gone to Congo to cut trees of a certain army general in Congo though they ended up facing torture. With due respect, l would like to request u to chair that man if he still exists and completes his story. Thanks in advance!
Ha ha ha itabuka ur really a man ,money will never drive you crazy I like that. and I'm inspired
Itabuka nice question ever since museveni took power how many pipo have lost their lives due to political stuff
Good/tight Information, key to making Informed Decisions b'se "Wrong Information = Wrong Decision = Wrong Action!" Smart analysis Mzee inspite of past record at SRB Nakasero

People say “Amin’s generals are now in villages selling groundnuts & staying in fake houses” yess because soldiers of Ugandan Army back then weren’t corrupt. They served their country as heros not thieves. I respect those soldiers alottttt.
Very intelligent... Very intelligent
Interesting story. This man is so intelligent.
And professional. That's why he failed working with the evening hours of the regime when the Mafias were in full ride.
🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 Aliko amalala
I wouldnt call that pride...
Mbu oba tebampa balekeyo👍👍👍
That’s a very powerful question from 25:18, we should all reflect on it
ask him about the whereabouts of justice Benicto kiwanuka....
Thank-you Frank for being good, bring back also Mr John Jones 🙏🙏🙏
Francis Itabuka, people who were involved in politics were also killed in Amin's time. Which is not the case with H.E Yoweri Museveni's time. The security operatives in Amin's time nga tolina jobaloopa. On H.E Yoweri Museveni's time you can report and something be done.
The economy collapsed. Uganda lagged behind.
Ndowooza oli eyo wewana nti omukubye point abakulu mu magye ensangi zino tulina wetubalopa nga si ba first family.
Baali Obamanyi nga ensi ebatya insha allah buliba weebuti nga mr kaka naye abuuzibwa Kubutemu bwebaakola
Hahahah Frank just thank God that u mananged to interview him 3times kuba we are just viewing naye alaga simwangu
He looks to be very arrogant
@@musawenkosigroup7962 munange to do his work he must have been abpersonality to head state research.
I've understood more abt psychological war fare
These people worked under real terrification
Itabuka, Butabika Maliamungu, Moses Ali, Fadhul, Sabuni were all dangerous during their days
Respect itabuka atlist you guys were not thieves like the kakas of today
"Not thieves"?
You know nothing.
These were thieves and killers.
Of course, Itabuka will not agree to that!
Kato mpanga you're the one who doesn't know what you're talking about Amin was not a thief and he was a real patriot, in my opinion Amin is accused of being honest
@@jjukoibra248 Unlike you, I lived under Amin. Amin and the imbeciles in his regime ruined everything they touched. Education, health and the economy were in ruins by the time they were kicked out. What is so patriotic about a leadership under which ordinary Ugandans having basics like soap, sugar and bread was considered a luxury? One idiot, Capt Abdalla Nasur, a governor, forcefully helped himself to a luxury office in Impala House from a Ugandan who was promptly sent into exile. Trouble is people like you will never accept Amin's thuggery and lunacy. You are too eager to heap empty "patriotic" praises. The Amins were maniacs Uganda should be relieved to see the back of.
@@jjukoibra248 ........... Not just honest, but assertively honest
He's a man of his word bano batono nyooo
It seems he has a lot of confidential information but he didn’t open that much in all segments of the interview
Ofcourse he can't its almost impossible to Interview an intelligence officer.
Yr very right...
Bano abasaja tibaribangu
He is as guilty as a frog tatulimba he knew and coördinated what was happening.
Tell us about the wrong decisions (bikolobero) .
The presenter has not done his home work typical of some Ugandan journalists. Bring Tamale Mirundi he is well informed ajja mubuza Real stuff.
I do not believe a single word he says he was involved in the attrocities.
State research 🤔🙄🙄 pple were tortured and murdered without trial
Mirundi!???😂😂😂 This would turn out to be a battle of words especially if he's taken some soft drink of his🎉🎉🎉
But his face on any serious matter speaks his times. If I want money I can get it more than gratuity. His face changes and becomes more emphasing

Mussajja watu abana Bali bweru naye in diaspora life is not easy ppl think in diaspora everybody has lots of money but life is also very expensive and with family they also have to save. But i don't know why he didn't serve in m7 regime because military ppl can hardly work else where.
Col Francis ltabuka, ogamba otya military regime ya Amin yali mungi, nga abantu abaali mu politics many were killed and others had to go in exile. Museveni tase bantu abali mu numbers za Amin and Obote. Ate ye talumba oyo ateyenyiga mu byo obufuzi.
😂😂😂u over reply a u paid
Abayindi tukitiza nabo naye tulibawulira when it's late
A musoga will always be a musoga.
I lived in that time, my father had inside working people in the State Research Bureau. There was a lot of extra judicial killings of innocent people. People who had made their money and those who were highly educated were searched for and killed. That's how top brass doctors and teaching professors went to South Africa in exile.
Those guys would take your wife or daughter forcefully and killing you. They came with their black 999 cars, put you in the boot of the car and drive you. That would have been the end of you to ever be seen.
You had no where to report those people.
In NRM time you can report a police or soldier and they would be reprimanded.
Hear the man how he talks, when you ask him about innocent people who were killed, he replies unconcerned and evades the question by saying that was not his area of concern. Come on, can't you spot the man was involved in the killings.
Naye where have you been hiding baaba up to now?
Nga ananagira
Beramu ko nawe someone is talking of this of yrs you think he still has the energy like before

Munange money comes and goes!
Omusajja alina Emputu seems 😂 but very factual
Which facts?
Kikulu nyo ekyokugoba abayindi government ya Amin yakolera kyamanyi nyo Banna Uganda
Amin is just being painted a bad picture deliberately because of people's different reasons but actuary he was better if you go to other countries and see how Indians and other foreigners dominated the business sector you will realise that the man was a patriot.
So you know more than those who actually lived in Amin's time?
Itabuka: "I am not trying to justify what I'm trying to say...When it comes to criticism, you must be fair and realistic."
So annoying when the Itabuka types demand that sufferers of their draconian rule "must be fair and realistic." Fairness was in very short supply during the Amin rule, maybe Itabuka has already forgotten that inconvenient truth.
Afande Itabuka soldiers on: "I was not in control of the army and other intelligence [and] security organisations. OK? But, in simplicity, I do not think that was the dirtiest."
Really. Argh, so Francis Itabuka was never "in control" of SRB, a security organisation, during his illustrious time in the army? Hmmm. OK!
Come on, it is not the Amin army did not fight back. They did but were heavily hit and many died. If Amin did not fight back, how about the bawayaya the Sudanese and the Arabs from Libya whom Amin did not know had been prisoners in Libya who had committed attricious crime were the ones sent to Uganda to fight. Promised that if they were to win the NLAF, they were to stay in Uganda and begin a new life out of the life imprisonment jail life in Libya.
