Philips hts3520 surround sound system power supply repair

Join me as I see if can get this audio system working again as the power supply output to the power stage shorted to the metal chassis.
Sadly there's more damage found when I try power it up a the end of the video and we have to declare this repair a non success, with the audio system being deceased.
Not all videos have good outcomes, but I still share them as we can all still learn from the experience.
Was hoping for a good conclusion and the system could be saved, not to be.
However it is an interesting video none the less and I share some repair techniques.

I bought it from RS Components, there are a few vendors I see that still sell it, as it is an old chip.
