In meinem heutigen Video, besichtige ich mit euch die Felsenburg Hohnstein. Sie thront auf einen über 140 Meter hohen Fels über der gleichnamigen Stadt Hohnstein.
Die walking Tour startet vom Marktplatz über den einzigen Zugang zur Burg. In der Burg laufen wir durch den großen Burggarten und genießen den schönen Ausblick über das Poleztal.
Des Weiteren befindet sich in der Burg ein Restaurant und ein Hotel.
Das Hotel haben wir selbst genutzt und können es in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen.
Auch ist die Burg ein super Ausgangspunkt zu weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten der Sächsischen Schweiz.

In my video today, I take a look at the Hohnstein Castle with you. It towers over a 140-metre-high rock above the town of Hohnstein.
The walking tour starts from the market square via the only access to the castle. In the castle we walk through the large castle garden and enjoy the beautiful view over the Poleztal.
There is also a restaurant and a hotel in the castle.
We have used the hotel ourselves and can recommend it in any case.
The castle is also a great starting point for other sights of Saxon Switzerland.

An amazing castle - you feel how historic the place is in the whole movie. Interesting watch and this is a place I would love to visit one day. By the way - the timelapse in the beginning of the movie was a cool intro:)
