After they did the choreography and when the camera rolls, they fight for real. So it's the norm for them to get injured during filming, though not as much and hardcore as Jackie Chan. And that's how they make the fight scenes look realistic and intense. It's an unmatched standard. Gotta appreciate and respect that level of dedication and performance...
