I have been married and I have been single, as I am today. I do not regret the path that has brought me to today because it has made me who I am, but watching this couple has me wishing that I had found a mate that shared my love for gardening. I love this video so much. Thank you.

Can't believe they exist. And I mean that in the most uplifting and respectful way. I have never in my entire being shed tears when watching another passionate gardeners channel. Geez! I can"t stop crying. You could see the love, dedication and spiritual presence in their forest. Thank you so much for getting to know your neighbors and sharing them and they lovely forest oasis with us. We appreciate you and them.

I'd love to hear how their house evolved over the years. LOVE how they extended several areas to meet the outdoors. Thank you for producing this story! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
There's this peace on her voice that tells you that she's in love with her husband and her garden and this is truly a blessing..
This story and this garden has made my heart smile in a way that is hard to explain!

You could feel the calming effect of this garden just by watching the episode. Amazing people and an amazing garden.
What cool people! And what a sanctuary! I would love to see a slower tour and see more evolution photos. I'm so happy to have seen this.
Didn’t expect to drop a few tears on this day. What a beautiful garden and story. Thanks.
My dream life ❤
I'm glad I'm not the only one :)
This is my favorite episode of them all !
I am really blown away with these lovely fellas. Their garden is just amazing and simply breathtaking! Wow❤
An ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL garden. The energy comes through calmly and strongly. Thanks, Joe and crew!
As the Bible says we were created to do this forever ,
Yeah God's original plan was best.....
That’s me and I prefer Plant Whisperer to addiction. I’m currently growing a garden from scratch, on a hillside that used to be a coal mine. Hubby is a musician and can’t tell a dandelion from a daffodil, but I rope him in for the big grunt work. If I had a garden half as amazing as that I’d be pleased.
Many of us turn our grunts into believers, sometimes after many years. It’s fun & funny to watch.
Joe, this video is a work of art. Thank you so much for doing this piece. It has not only inspired my gardening, but it has also inspired my life. Thank you.
Thank you!
I'm alone and I have the same feelings about my garden ... what a wonderful world these two individuals have created ,,, and they totally enjoy what they've created ... how special!
Wow, this is such an amazing episode. I Love the fact that they want to share their gift. What an awesome couple💕 May God bless them with many more years.Thank you for sharing.
I lost my gardening hubby, beat friend, and I can so relate to their feelings
Ooh i'm sorry to hear that!
What a beautiful story, beautiful couple, beautiful garden!
i'm a 60-ish obsessive organic gardener in new zealand so, over the years, have watched a huge lot of gardening shows. this is one of the most utterly stunning i've ever seen....this extraordinarily wise n inspiring couple in their unparalleled paradise of nature. my life is the richer for it.
This garden gives a feeling that is so right. Watching the video stirs something in me. I have been wanting to start gardening, a vegetable garden. And finding someone who share same interest and love for gardening is even more awesome!
the same thing with me
Takes my breath away. The most beautiful story I've heard in a long time!
This couple speaks my language. I too am totally addicted to plants and gardening. I live in Australia. How I wish I could visit this couple & their garden. I am at the beginning of planting a new garden in the grounds around a a small old house we bought a year ago. I’m doing what they do, one day at a time, no master plan just planting what I love & seeing what will thrive and what struggles. My husband and boys hate gardening and they help me only reluctantly, occasionally so I am mostly in it alone with God ... but it’s my happy place and nothing is more pleasurable to me than hanging out with my best friend God in a garden that He’s helping me create and not just for me but to share... even my boys have said they have to admit it’s looking pretty good so far(even tho every plant is baby sized.) I’m 55 & so it’s going to take a while for my garden to look like this couple’s but one day at a time, one plant at a time... but... one day I may move as I would love a forest like they have! How gorgeous is that! There’s not a part of their garden inside and out that isn’t gorgeous though! Love on display... and remember it’s normal to be addicted to gardening- we get it from Our Heavenly Father ... the greatest love story of all began in a garden - eastward in Eden, then the greatest act of redemptive love (as Love Himself suffered agony for our transgressions and iniquity) happened in the garden of Gethsemane. And the creation of the new Heaven and New Earth which is next, will basically be God and us gardening together to restore Paradise -made possible only because of Yeshua’s agony in Gethsemane & on the cross. This is why we all sigh and are enveloped in peace in gorgeous gardens... because our “spirit man” inside our earth suits, the eternal us, remembers... we are the children of The Master Gardener.
What a great story. Agree completely with Margo’s comment that gardening is not work...!
Speechless!!! What a great episode!! This couple is amazing and I am so glad that you stopped in to meet them. They have a beautiful spirit and a beautiful garden to match. They give me hope as I watch my new garden grow.
OMGawd! this is such a garden Paradise and a beautiful share to the world! Best garden vid ever ! Thank YOUUUUUUU!
Yes, I am addicted to gardening and caring for my plants. I have even assisted many of my neighbors in transforming their front and back yards. I simply love it!
Just wow, wow, wow. What a wonderful couple, their garden, their indoor and potted plants, the watering ingenuity (painting them!). Marvellous!!!
The word "addiction" carries such a negative connotation. It is official. My name is Nina and I am a garden/plant addict. I have been so for 5 years. I seek put native plants to improve my space not only for myself but others (birds, insects and other wildlife).
Oh and I'm lucky enough to have a garden partner!!
I agree with you Nina, so am I. I do not see gardens and plants the same way most do. I see it from a spiritual side.
Lol me too all the seeds!
Awsome!
I'm so jealous! I'm a widow and I've done gardening alone for many years and it is "work". I would have liked it better with a partner. Love those ferns, now I may split mine and put them out in an area I haven't accessed before. Just saying, I tend to make new areas, expanding. Just about done with the third landing with a "no dig" "lasagna" space, so next it's into the wild...lol.
There's an Irish woman, alone, look what SHE did, "Bealtaine cottage".
WOW! Agree with you - this is paradise! I love this garden - I think - more than any other I've seen on your show. There is something so peacefully natural/beautifully unplanned. What an amazing couple and an amazing life! This is an episode I will re-watch, multiple times !
I just watched this video. Wow! It has touched my soul! This garden is full of love and peace and devotion. It shows their love for each other and their beautiful plants to Create an Amazing patchwork on this planet Earth. It has given me affirmation of my vision of what to do with my passion for plants and nature! I’m encouraged how things evolved with time with patience and love! Thank you for this video Joe.
What an inspiring story. Thank you- and a huge thanks to Margot and Larry.
They are the most adorable gardening couple I've ever seen. Keep being an inspiration.
Loved this episode. Beautiful couple and garden.
thats so true especially when you have that much garden you need to spend time in it every day bless you both
wow. The Love literally flows off the screen! These two Angels have created an extraordinary Eden. wow. I am blown away.
This is my absolute favorite episode! I watched it on tv when it aired and now rewatch it on CZcams. We’re all so very lucky you found this gorgeous garden and the beautiful loving couple who have created such magic. Thank You 🙏
This couple needs their own CZcams channel also!!❤️
I love this garden so much and thank you for sharing - of course - I see I still have a long way to go! I'm sharing with my family who love to tease me about just how many plants I plan to stick in the yard. Of course - they see something and check with me before buying to see if I might have it. Sharing plants is rewarding - often because if they receive something from another garden - they stop and bring me one. I have an African Violet that my grandmother gave me when I was about 19-20. I'm 65 now and it's still thriving - having been shared many times. Gardening is not only life - it's the good life.
This episode was outstanding! Joe, the smile on your face after you were done telling their story says it all!
I was thinking the same thing....thought he was gonna shed a tear right there on screen! warms your heart.

Of all that I have watched this is the one that touched not only my heart but my soul. My tears came from a profound peace of a resonated truth. I love their love. I was inspired to begin again and had a renewed sense of appreciation for the present moment. Special that you stated you were drawn in---as if life itself had invited you. Thank you Linda. Joe here. I can assure you this episode will live here for a very long time. I'm glad you enjoyed it.
This story was not only uplifting and inspiring but this couple is a treasure. It’s a time Old Testament that true love is real.
What a beautiful love story. They created a magical garden & home. Just wonderful!
I have watched this episode 5 times now, these folks are my soul siblings.
I do the plants and designs, my husband does the building.
I am so glad I watch this. My husband doesn't garden with me but he is a good supporter help me build all kind of stuff for my garden.
Magical - their love for each other manifested itself in this garden. Plants are living things they respond to tender loving care. The natural art(istry) that she weaved through the garden is breathtaking and her lovely creations reflect that as well. It is a garden full of good intentions and good will, allowing space and time for nature to do her magic too. You did a fine job touching all of our lives with the care you took to present their beautiful, tranquil garden and the love that shines and sparkles between them. One of your best videos - thank you for sharing your joy with us!
I love this documentary as it explains why people do what they do, passion, love, motivation
Great! I so love gardening and so does my late husband, that's why this video ,for me, is nostalgic.
Beautiful Beautiful and beautiful the Garden and the love that this couple has
Absolutely beautiful story and wonderful garden. Thank you❤
Really a magic property now. With a couple that struck some green gold in finding each other. Great lil movie on the rearest of all couples. The soul mates
I liked this episode very much. As if Iwas watching myself but in a lesser area. When we are in the garden, we feel that time does not exist at all. I am very thankful to the Lord for giving us the opportunity to live in the city and have a beautiful garden. Actually, I started it as an experimental garden before I would plant on a bigger space. Praise God! Everything turned out as planned. My husband is very supportive and we have an avenue to relax and enjoy the beauty of gardening together. Thanks for this great video!
This is an amazing and beautiful story. It does take courage to love deeply. Your love is enfused in your garden. My husband who passed used to say, Where there is love everything grows. May your love continue to grow and bring peace and blessings to all those who pass by and enter your space.
Larry and Margot are my kind of people!! Love them, I also share their passion for gardening.
What a great garden and what a great couple. Thank you so much we need this right now❤️
