    Can you make a video on how to safely work the biceps with a herniated disc (l5-s1)?

    Thank you for this! I need all the tips I can get. What are your thoughts on wearing a brace while working out. I’m favoring resistance bands to avoid the pain. L5 s1 L5 L4

      Braces are typically used for when you have not conditioned spine stability strength to the levels of the exercise demands just yet. However, long term use will actually weaken the core and complicate the case.
