Maggi noodle - 2 packet
(you can use any instant noodle in this recipe)
Green chilli - 2
Onions - 2(medium)
Tomatoes - 2 (medium)
Green peas-1/2 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder- 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Butter -1 tbsp
Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
Any pickle -1/2 tbsp
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp

I tried it today and it was testing amazing thanks a lot Ms kabita di keep it up
Correct way of cooking noodles especially for instant ones ( it includes every kinda noodle, spaghetti, pasta ....)
1. Boil water twice the amount required .
2. Dip your noodles in it. Keep on stiring it to de tangle .
3.keep noodles undercooked while boiling we only need to de tangle . We do not have to cook.
4.after de tangling drain the water . The step is very very important coz of waxing coating and gelatin used to give it a shape of cake. That wax coating is harmful fir your insides( digestive system/ organ)
5. Now pour cold water over it....Keep it for 10 min until every drop of water drip off . Use strainer for better results.
6. Now you can use it in many ways.
All steps should be taken care coz of wax coating over noodles cake. Obviously no one wants their family to suffer from ailments.
I too do the same when not tired. But sometimes I make it normally also
