Keeping up with the Karshians takes on a whole new meaning for the families’ hired help. To become a nanny to the Kardashian clan, you must first undergo an interview process before being accepted into the fold. In said interview, you are assessed not only your competency as a caregiver, but also your personality and sense of style. The nannies must make sure that both themselves and the children are always dressed to impress, they must be on call 24/7 and they are forbidden from wearing jewellery. If working for Kim, they must walk in a specific formation, if working for Kylie they must have their hands washed at all times, and if working for Kourtney they must call her “madam” or suffer the consequences. While jetting around the globe with the star studded cast, they must make sure everyone is on their best behaviour - including the pets. Though it might seem like a dream to visit exotic places and accompany The Kardashians on luxurious getaways, the nannies must be prepared to make sure everyone is tended to while the family has fun in the sun. After all that, they are not even allowed to participate in the show which means the world doesn’t know of their plight - that is until now. My nannies were part of the family, they were paid above minimum wage, were social with us and were invited to parties and sat down with us for dinner. If an average/ normal family can afford to treat the nannies like family and had private time respected then I think the Kardashian’s can too. They are people too and should be allowed to say no without risking being fired every so often.
Rachel Brianna only the long lasting ones could come with us to parties but yeah someone then did just come. They weren't allowed to take pictures of me and my siblings on post themselves with jewelry with us in the photo.

I grew up with nannies and no that's not how it works. yes the nannies may wash, clothe and do other things for the kids our parents still are parents, during the morning they usually make sure we look okay, make sure we eat okay and obviously on weekends they spend time with us. Working parents having nannies does not mean they do not spend time with their kids. I'm 20 now and i'm thankful for both my nanny and my parents cause you learn better from both sides. what your parent won't teach you the nanny will, what the nanny won't know the parent knows.

I watch my little sister now that my dad left and mom works and I’m older and can care for her. My mom works so hard everyday and she tries and i respect it. I respect her. I love her. It’s a team of people and most likely a team of nannies. This sounds more like a personal assistant job. No way the kids are being watched while the nanny is walking the dog, hunting down special requests, and shopping for stylish clothing.
Of course there's a team of nannies. I'm sure they have at least 1 nanny per child on duty at all times if not 2 for Kylie and Khloe. They couldn't just have 1 Nanny all the time. They still have to abide by the laws about giving them breaks and how many hours they can work a day. Especially in California, they would have to employ several to switch on and off through the day.

If I ever was rich I'd never treat my nanny the way they do. Some of those rules -Most were ridiculous. Those nannies are basically their parents or foster parents. They are family. There would still be a limit for how long I would need them for because I would want alot of time myself w my own kids. Being mom is my job title.
