- 6g baking soda
- 1g salt
- 170g softened unsalted butter
- 150g brown sugar
- 160g molasses

icing:

I made this recipe a few days ago to take to figure skating practice with me (we had a long dress rehearsal so i thought I'd bring something along)
It made 58 gingerbread cookies and every single one was eaten with multiple requests for me to bring them next week- great recipe and video as always pearl!
