Open Faced Caprese Sandwich

MSD Pike Wellness Department, in cooperation with Chartwells, offers ideas for healthy meals. Most of the ingredients used can come directly from the Red Zone food pantry which is open the 2nd Monday of each month from 6:00-7:30pm. For this recipe several ingredients came from the community garden at Eastbrook Elementary.
