This could be done by amateur groups as well. But hey, those groups want to destroy each other instead of training properly. Here they are getting everything in this ride. Its awesome to watch. Thanks for posting

Many professional cyclists, in your opinion, train in a way that you consider "wrong."
Take a look at some of the comments made by Brian Holm when he discussed how his team at Quick-Step trained. They used to compete against each other uphill, downhill, and on flat terrain.
They simply enjoyed themselves, and when their coach instructed them to do intervals and special 30-second on, 30-second off exercises, they would just chuckle and continue racing each other, having a great time. This, is what cycling is all about.
@@tt-tk9076 In which world does a pro athlete not have an ego? Of course those guys on quickstep have huge egos and they love seeing who can beat who on their training rides. Have fun and go fast, that's what it is all about even for the pros. Okay some pros have more structured training and prefer specific intervals, but there are many ways to get to your optimal fitness level

Garmin Aria is a bike light and radar that syncs with the Garmin bike computer. Slick integration to the screen. First season last year with it, absolute game changer if you’re racking up the miles.

Very smooth cadence
I was living vicariously through them as it is 4 degrees F and iced over here. For a moment i sensed the outdoors and then you had to go and play zwift music 😭. Hoping Kuss keeps surprising 🇺🇸

It’s interesting how different these Pro riders train, compared to the Monday night group ride where everyone thinks they are Pros.
Surprised he didn’t mention aero gloves considering aero coach sells some. Their graphs show a pretty significant difference between regular gloves and their own.

Nah, I don't think so. Jonas is going to drop them all on one of the highest mountains and win with a few minutes once again.
I think his explosive power is a work in progress. It is the one area he cannot match Pog in.
@@CFCMahomet Jonas is actually known for being quite explosive, he's just not as explosive as Pogacar, but I also don't think that he can be. I think that explosiveness is the price you pay that means you won't be as good as a climber. For Jonas, it would not be worth it to trade his superior climbing ability with more explosiveness. However, i will say that he improved some of his weaknesses from 2022 to 2023, so who knows if he can also improve this one? Then he's definitely going to be inevitable.

A lot of pros use wider tyres on training. As Visma use 'reserve' with wide inner rim - even 28mm tyre will look like 30mm

the pro doesn't tell you "you distrib us go out" ? and did you tell them ? It must be weird and also funny to die with these guys ! nice video and you are also strong to follow them !
In 90% of cases all is good, and thats ok to ride with them and film. There are some individuals who don't like to be filmed, also some team managers don't want me to film when riders do intervals but I can follow them if I can😁

They are normal people, with different mindsets and preferences. Some don't like, another can even motivate you with some words to stay on his wheel. But in general- friendly
I am just listening an interview with one of the rider from this video during Milano-San Remo and he noted that it is super annoying to them...
I guess it depends. You are probably well known in the area and able to follow the pace. When I was in Girona, I didn’t get the sense that pros were upset with amateur keeping their wheels for a little bit, but not for 4-5 hours straight haha.

How old is this video? I hardly believe that JUMBO / LEASE A BIKE still ride in Visma jerseys. The change is known since weeks and in Australia, they rode ckearly as Team Jumbo / Lease a bike. Why would they practice with old jerseys?
It was in December ; they started wearing the new jersey on January 1st
