i have to master stir fry. its a must. I think its because i have been substituting the real deal cast iron wok for a frying pan and once with a carbon steel wok that broke off pieces into my food after first use. Then washing it almost the whole coat came off.

Just made this for dinner and it turned out very, very, tasty. I served it with rice. (I use the whole egg because I don't know what to do with the yolk and I don't want to waste it, but I made it with a larger amount of of asparagus and chicken.)
