Rick you have probably already answered my question on actually lethality of the Eagle Claw for hunting use of Coyotes ?
Actual fpe, energy levels and pellet selection ?
My thoughts were to use the heaviest Barracuda pellet available !
Do you have a better suggestion for pellet choice for use with the Eagle Claw, and Coyote combination ?

I'm so interested in this unit! I have the Avenger .25 bullpup and the Airacuda Max .30 and love them. There's just something about the lever action that seems so neat for small game. Thank you for taking the time to do this review it really helps me familiarize myself with the unit.

I had hear the Sumatra 2500 was much better but recently I have heard good things from the Seneca
You will love the eagle claw. I’ve had mine for 6 months or so, .25. I’ve hit 80 fpe. I haven’t had any issues, very accurate and it’s quiet

I would still like to see a pro shop video on the Gamo Urban with the Huma regulator.

I have the Seneca Sumatra, in .25 cal, and I love it. With Hunter's Supply slugs, the gun delivers just under 100 ft/lbs (97 or 98, I can't remember), so now I'm wondering if the Eagle Claw can take the same slugs, and if so, how much power would it be sending downrange?
I’ll have to pull out my eagle claw from my gun case and have another play with it.
Really like the Seneca eagle claw really hard to get honest opinions between Seneca eagle claw and the marauder. Probably just forget about pellet rifles and stick with black powder high-powered rifles
Looking to buy my first PCP was looking at the marauder 25 caliber but it does not come with the Walther barrel then I see this video on the eagle claw not sure if I want to go 25 on the eagle claw or 22 Walther barrel on the Marauder
I'm still waiting on a tin of pellets from pyramid air ,its been 3months,I'm going to buy a pcp air rifle, tank or compressor as long as I can get 3tins of pellets of my choice, but it looks like pyramid had failed me,nice gun review,just had to add my frustration.

Wow, you really can hear that ping.
Wasted air….
The ping is the resonating sound from the valve shutting, being amplified by the design and volume of the airtank. The benjamin bulldog has the same issue, as do some other rifles. You can turn a steel cup with o-rings and a small hole in the bottom, and put that in the cilinder. It's called a "de-pinger". And there isn't any air wasted, as you can calculate the fpe being shot out with the chrony, tally the number of shots/fpe and calculate the total usable fpe in the tank based on pressure and volume. This way you know the efficiency of the valve and loss of air. Good luck. Don't assume - calculate.

I miss my Sumatra carbine 25 cal. I let a buddy of mine use it to take care of some raccoon and I never saw him again

Is the .25 Seneca better than the .25 cal Airforce Condor?
I don’t have experience with airforce yet, but everything I’ve read they are great guns. I think the condor in .25 will have more power, but the down side would be it’s a single shot
Have a seneca , had and sold airforce Condor. Seneca is way more consistently accurate over the condor . Bought the condor , ended up putting another $300 + in to make it accurate and it was , for a bit . Would put it in safe , pick it up a week later and it would be off 2" . Changed scopes , everything , didn't matter. It was not reliable due to sooo many variables between the receiver and screw in tank that serves as buttstock , not solid. Turns out it is a common issue amongst Airforce owners. Seneca is consistently accurate, 50 yards is easy 1/2" groups , 75 yards and beyond is totally attainable if shooting slugs or heavy pellets. Most underrated gun out there at this time . And it hits like a HAMMER!
Is this the carbine version? PA has a non carbine and carbine and idk what the difference is lol
Carbine has a 17" barrel and smaller tank with 10 ft. Lbs. Less energy but still packs more than enough for small game.
How would the AEA Challenger .25 compare?
Not sure. The AEA line is one that I don’t have any experience with. I’ve reached out to them, but they were not interested in having me review their products.

Hi Steve I was .22 eagle claw and man is it a good small game hunting air rifle.
the barrel is to short-------------I* measured the barrel on my other guns they are approx 24 inches
Is .25 even big bore? In my opinion big bore means you can take big game.
@@favidjenden3612 some states. 45 cal is most states. 357 will make them drop, no doubt about that.

I loved the review until you tried hard to sugar coat the noise level. It is loud, not backyard friendly without a mod.
That’s fine. “Loud” is subjective. I don’t find this loud. The Sumatra 2500 is loud. If this is too loud for folks, you can get an adaptor and moderate it further. It’s a great gun for sure.

@@AirGunWeb actually 105 db is not subjective, it’s a fact. I mentioned it because I watch your videos and mostly you have an honest opinion. I made purchases based on your reviews and I am happy, but I also know how to decipher comments, not everyone does though. So it’s best to be clear. Better to omit a negative about the gun, if you feel the need not to piss off the sponsor, rather than mentioning a negative in a positive way. I know you welcome our thoughts and I like your channel that’s why I commented.
Actually, I’ve stopped using DB meters because they are simply not reliable. I have three meters and the all give different results. So 105 registers in one where another one would be 85. This video is how old now?? At the time I gave numbers based on the meter and then related that to how it was perceived by me, the shooter. So that meter may say 105, but it simply does not sound that loud. After testing with other meters acquired later in time, I have stopped posting DB numbers because they are unable to be properly verified. So the 105 “fact” as you say may not be fact after all. Lessons learned on my part and those that follow the channel know this as well. Hope that helps explain things.

I do have to say...wasn't a fan at first. I think the rifle is ugly. There, I said it. But damn, that's one accurate rifle. I wish it was a side cocker, but Rick made me a believer. P-dawgs all day!

I bought one of these------ and tried to put air in it----put air in-----air comes out as soon as you take the connector supplying the air off--- put air in----air comes right out----bad valve- gun will be replaced---- I will see if the new gun is the same-------????????????????????? poor design? I will see

It is a rifle almost at thousand dollars with no regulator, trigger is Chinese crap. Beech stock Airgun company need to step it up. For the price point there are far better rifles
