Nightmare Before Christmas: Delayed coil migration

Coil movement 10 days after embolization. Several coillectomy attempts:
- Direct aspiration 5F
- Stentriever + aspiration 0.035 (2 attempts)
- Snare - perforation - hemorrhage
- Remodeling mesh + aspiration 5F (2 attempts)
- Stentriever + aspiration 5F (2 attempts)
Finally, placement of a stent. Probably should have been tried as the first option
Tirofiban was used despite perforation. There was no further complication
