    1. How much you can eat
    2. How quick you can eat (speed of eating)*
    3. And the techniques to eat specific foods

Excellent pointers for taking on a food challenges.
As a general rule: eat light several hours before taking on a food challenge to prevent reversals.

So is this something that you do once or twice a week for a long time to keep growing your stomach? Or would you only need to do this for a week or so building up to the competition/big eat?

Now you know why he never loses a challenge. They research the amount of food beforehand, check reviews, ask friends and other eaters how close the actual weight is etc. I like watching the videos, but most of the drama is gone knowing that he knows exactly how much food he can fit.

What I would still like to know is what supplements/pills/medicine can be taken right before the eating event to prevent major discomfort later on. I know there will always be some discomfort but I figure if one takes digestive enzymes, berberine, and Pepto beforehand, wouldn't that make the experience a little less miserable? No one seems to address this topic.

I'm extremely curious as to the time it takes to convert the food into energy/fat, as in how long after eating some crazy unhealthy meal do you need to start working out to for the most part negate the effects of the meal. I've searched for this and can't really find a clearcut answer. I've kinda messed myself up by being very sedentary from working so much, and really want to make sure my body never gets to that point again. If someone knows the answer to this please help! 🙏

I usually notice it around 3 days after, if you use the extra energy the next day with cardio it lessens the effect.
