- I am new to the hobby of NHL Sports Card collecting. This is my very first break of 23-24 Artifacts Hobby Box. Join me in my search for Bedard rookie cards, growing of my personal collection and completing various sets of Upper Deck products !

The hobby is going through some exciting times, I think 2023-24 product is massively hyped up but I believe 24-25 will also be great. Best of luck in your breaks and your channel progression. I'll be sure to stop by and check it out sometime as well =)
Awesome video! I'm thinking Youtubing my videos as well since i did for pokemon cards, but unsure which NHL set to start with! Artifacts have looked the nicest to me so im leaning towards that set as well.

More bricks in my 2nd video (perhaps even better ones)! Perron is a great player, but I think St. Louis is doing pretty good with their young guys. They beat Canucks twice in a month, and yesterday it was their back to back after Calgary which is very impressive. Not gonna lie, I hope they make it into play offs and I hope Canucks wont have to play them 1st round 😅

I am yet to experience other products out there but I think Artifacts will be my top 3 products to rip. I enjoyed it so much that I am going to rip another 2x boxes next week!

I think the first product where it will be reasonable odds to hit his rookie cards will be 2023-24 Series 2 Young Guns.
@@GoalLinePulls yeah, definitely. Are you worried at all about over-printing his yg and whatnot? I’m personally excited for 23-24 OPC for the price point, and it always seems to be a fun/classic product line
@@jean-luc-bedard They might overprint it, but I think that it will still be valuable and most sought after rookie card. Series 2 will also have Deluxe, Exclusives and High Gloss short prints, so maybe picking up Deluxe card on secondary market might make sense if they over print it too much? I am more worried about their quality control of their printer, i got some cards from Series 1 which are too banged up to be brand new from the pack.
I actually never opened OPC, so I am excited to break that product for the first time when it comes out!

It's all good that I didnt get Bedard this time, I'll continue the chase and stay tuned for my future videos! I have no doubt I'll hit it eventually.
any insight on who the third rookie will be for the Roman numeral cards? I just pulled the Roman numeral three card and it's the rookie auto emerald jersey patch.
