    Thank you bhaiya for that autoclave part..some students in my college always side us from doing the loading and all..they behave like they know everything and prevent us by doing everything all their own..so i had never done the autocalve part..thank you for teaching it ❤️

    nice video.........one small correction..............plz explain that in laminar air flow light should not be turned on immediately after switching off uv.......as it may cause photoreactivation where the sterile condition is reversed and chance of contamination occurs

    I guess in wet heat sterilization we shouldn't wrap with paper as it would be difficult for us to remove while we open them .

    Autoclave Machine- When you have switched off the machine after 20 minutes. You had open the small lid and pressure is going out- Its dangerous. Do not open the small lid quickly. Wait until the pressure (reading meter) reaches at ZERO.

      When you put glasswares for autoclaving, either you should put a cotton plug in case of flasks, tubes etc. or you need to wrap them with paper. Moisture can pass through cotton and paper and therefore sterilizing the glasswares. Hope that helps.
