Their fragrance is VERY low on the list and you can barely smell it. It’s basically just using enough to cancel out the bad scent of chemicals. It’s a very good brand overall

Omg dude... the kombucha essence is the only skincare product I see myself using for the rest of my life. I get compliments on my skin ALL the time and I know it is in huge part to using the kombucha essence before the rest of my products day and night. It's sooo soothing and silky and my skin drinks it up. I can't believe you'd be disappointed with it! It's incredible.

I am a nurse practitioner (but know nothing beyond the basics of skin care) and I love how obvious it is you have put time into researching different ingredients and explaining how they are or are not good for your skin! I also love your emphasis on the brand’s sustainability! There are so many products to choose from and your explanations and recommendations are so helpful!

Pretty sure he’s already done dermalogica ! As you could imagine Hyram wouldn’t touch some of the products with a 10 foot pole ! They use an awful lot of essential oils.

Liz Earle = tons of essential oils. You can guess what Hyram is going to say! The only product from them I still like (and can use without my skin freaking out) is Eyebright eye lotion. It's very soothing.

I tried the whole acne line. The cleanser felt and smells like dove soap but as a liquid, the moisturizer made my skin itch, and the acne gel made my skin feel like it was suffocating. I didnt see more or less acne just super uncomfortable

HYYYRRRAMMMM!!!! I introduced you to my little sister (22 year old grad student studying mech engineering) and she's improved her skin care game sooo muchhh! She went from using hand soap ("cause all soap is soap....") to now having a good routine consisting of double cleansing (on the days she wears makeup, if not one cleanse), a retinol serum, and moisturizer!! She'll also use vitamin C and spf in the morning!!! She and I both love your analytical and scientific approach to skincare formulas and ingredients, while still acknowledging your biases. Thank you so much! You've helped her improve her skin, and me be a very proud big sister

I’m wondering if you could you do a video on self tanners? I’m having a hard time finding one for my face that doesn’t break me out (lots and lots of fragrances) and would love to keep my skin looking bomb while self tanning 🙏🏻
I’m with you on the soy cleanser, and the brand in general. I have combination to oily skin, and I just felt it didn’t clean my skin as deeply as I needed. And the scent is SO STRONG! I couldn’t handle it, personally. I’m sure it works well for dry skin folks. I’ve been interested in trying other products of theirs but they’re so expensive. I just couldn’t justify the price. A face wash product I’ve had amazing luck with Korres! An esthetician recommended their products to me a few years ago and I just love it. I’d love to hear your views on it! Everyone at my jcp Sephora loves and recommended it to everyone. They could never keep it in stock.

As a L'Occitane Sales assistant... YES. And it freaks me out, that is why I am scared to use their products. Sometimes he mentions that the ingredients are so beneficial (in very few case)s, that he doesn't mind the Parfum in it, but GIRL
They/we released a overnight eye serum fragrance free and it's honestly the only product I've tried! I wish that they remake all their products fragrance free so bad
I feel so special because I actually worked there and only really used the soy face cleanser and advanced therapy lip treatment...which is what he recommended. YAYYYYY!!! I knew it wasn't just me when it came to all of that fragrance. I've tried every item in the line and noticed sensitivity over time. I really tried my best to find the perfect combo, but unfortunately I couldn't find a perfect set for me. And, yes, Marketing is PHENOMENAL there....formulations are done in France. :-)

hyram i want to start off by saying that you inspired me so much during my acne journey and you are my favourite youtuber. The content you put out there change the lives of so many people. You were the one who saved my skin and boosted my confidence when i didn’t even want to leave the house because of how i looked. I love you so so much❤️ So now that i cleared most of my acne ( i still have some few active acne spots but they are very few) I have to deal with the scarring. It’s mostly on my cheeks and they are not textured. They are just dark/ red spots of hyperpigmentation. I would be so happy if you responded because you are the only person I trust when it comes to skincare. Love from turkey ❤️

I just didn't realize how many products have fragrance until I developed a contact allergy to fragrance. I am so grateful for any information on fragrance free and would love for companies to be more forthcoming with the info.

I love the brand. I love their scents. They’re mildly fragrant to me - just right👌🏽. My skin isn’t sensitive to fragrance. The thing I will definitely agree on is that price. Ouch! 💳💸
The only essence I use is the I’m From Mugwort Essence. I really like it! I use it whenever my sensitive skin is inflamed or irritated and it soothes and calms it down well.

Their rose mask actually gave me a SEVERE allergic reaction that really bordered on chemical burns. I never understood why until I started watching your channel. So, these products will often give you decent results in the short term, but end up damaging your skin in the long term. There are other videos about it to check out!

I live for the black tea mask and the strawberry exfoliator, I have pretty sensitive and dry skin but find both of these products work really well for me personally and don't get any irritation or anything so I don't think the levels of fragrance etc are too damaging but I only use both once a week (also because of how expensive they are). They both mostly work really well for reducing my acne, idk if that's what they're meant to do but they're one of the few products which I've actually found a noticeable difference with as part of the rest of my routine.
