Solve Back Pain ➡️ Address These Things

  • 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗗𝗼 𝗧𝗼 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗻?
    A core element of my coaching my clients though back pain is to address the key lifestyle factors which will exacerbate, or even be a main contributing factor, to injury and flare ups of back pain - if they are not addressed.
    💤 Ensuring you get 7-8 hours of good sleep per night
    💧 Taking on adequate hydration through the day
    🌱 Eating a balanced diet and avoiding inflammatory foods (lose weight if a factor)
    🤬 Address unmanaged/excessive levels of stress
    🤸‍♂️ Keep active and utilise appropriate exercise
    ⌚ Give it time and patience
    Get these right and you will be in less pain, feeling better, and will recover faster and more fully 🙌
