Chicken - 1 kg
Salt to taste
Black pepper- 1 Tsp
Dark soy sauce- 2 Tsp
Corn flour- 2 Tbspn
Oil to fry
SPICE MIX:
Fennel seeds- 1 Tbspn
Cumin seeds-1 tbspn (approx)
Black pepper- 1 1/2 Tbspn
Whole red chillies-3/4
Cinnamon-1-2
Green cardamom- 3-4
Cloves_3-4
Gravy
Oil-3-4 Tbspn
Onion-1
Ginger garlic paste-1 Tbspn
Tomato-1
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1 Tsp
Marinated Chicken
Spice mix
Salt to taste
Curry leaves- few
Chopped Cilantro

This is an excellent recipe. Those who are not used to eating very spicy food, I recommend reducing the black pepper in the spice mix by half and whole red chillis to just one.

But make sure of real measurements like instead of grams use pieces...( like exactly how many oninons and tomotoes and how much of water and all )
Secondly make sure of high flame and medium flame and low flames of the whole process...
Thirdly make sure how much of timing to cook on different flames and on closed and unclosed lids..
But timing 2 min or 5 min or 20 min with closed or unclosed lid and on high med or low flames...
Seriously awesome....
Will try tomorrow...the very very first thing in the morning

Thank You Sonia for the . Somehow i experimented with Prawan instead of chicken. It turned out to be delicious. My wife liked it the most.
It comes out delicious with prawns too but you have to just cut the cooking time for prawns coz overcooking prawns makes it dry and hard to chew ... Glad u tried and liked it .. 😊
