We are not a regular non veg eater...just once in a while...that too just chicken but I enjoy watching your receipes. Here one question what precaution to be taken so that dahi doesn't curdle ?
Keep at room temperature. Mix after switching the gas at low flame or sw off . Thereafter once the curd is put in the gravy , mix it . Keep mixing it till 2 or 3 min or till gravy boils. If left undisturbed, curd shall curdle. Hope u got ur answer

One thing I like about ur recipes that you don't unnecessary use different pans..one for frying chicken one for cooking the masalas...u make it easy..in one vessel only...unlike other high fi cooking channels or chefs where they use different fancy vessels just to make one dish... I love all ur recipes..will try them soon..
