I had a similar experience recently when I reconnected with my hs boyfriend. We had an intense relationship many years ago, and I, being a bratty teenage girl, dumped him rather coldly. I always felt bad, but never expected to go back. We met up for dinner and it was two parallel meetings. The 3D and all of the crazy 5D happening under the surface. Do we look similar to our twin flames? I was watching a show and someone comes up on the screen. I instantly "knew" him and felt love for him for no reason. Not lust or romantic attraction but love. I researched him after the show and have seen many of the videos he has posted. You can also develop downwards. If it’s not improving your growth in a POSITIVE way, with true love, friendship, loyalty and respect, then it doesn’t matter what we’d like to call it. And players, play because they lack authenticity with self and others. You start to feel rejected and the universe sends you people who feel the same way about themselves, you feel hurt and the universe sends you people who think you should fill their emotional void for them. It’s really a give and take here. These labels are secondary. Primarily it’s about, how does this person make you FEEL. If you’re feeling rejected, emotionally depleted, hurt, unloved, disrespected, humiliated, desperate and worthless while/after dealing with them, then whatever title you give them, whatever spiritual bond there is with them, is only there, so you can learn about your own energy and how to be unfugkwithable for energy leeches of all kinds. And for them?? Idk, I don’t think they actually learn anything through us, and that is okay 👍. Perhaps that is their karma. Not to learn a damn thing though this. ☺️

Do we look similar to our twin flames? I was watching a show and someone comes up on the screen. I instantly "knew" him and felt love for him for no reason. Not lust or romantic attraction but love. I researched him after the show and have seen many of the videos he has posted. He mentioned his wife and kids and I find myself so happy to know he is well loved and that his genes are continuing by him having children. He also lives on the other side of the world and his videos are sometimes in Italian, which I don't speak, and in English other times.
It's such an odd feeling I have never had before. There's something about him that reminds me of myself. We have similar features and facial expressions. I got cut on my lip as a kid and have a tiny scar which makes the right side of my lip curl a bit when I speak sometimes. His lip does the same thing except it's on his left side.
I don't know if this is a twin flame or other type of spiritual connection I'm experiencing with him.

If you’re feeling rejected, emotionally depleted, hurt, unloved, disrespected, humiliated, desperate and worthless while/after dealing with them, then whatever title you give them, whatever spiritual bond there is with them, is only there, so you can learn about your own energy and how to be unfugkwithable for energy leeches of all kinds.
And for them?? Idk, I don’t think they actually learn anything through us, and that is okay 👍. Perhaps that is their karma. Not to learn a damn thing though this. ☺️
