Bad ass man! I really appreciate the way this playlist builds in complexity SLOWLY
Looks great keep the videos coming. Always learning something from them.
Thanks Tim!
Nice! Keep em coming MR. V.
Yes sir I will
ANOTHER GREAT ONE THANK YOU
Much appreciated!
Doc here phx .az. I like your style. I was expecting to see the usual chicken scratch I've seen countless times. what you are doing is refreshing and you own it. keep it up, bro.I use Steves brushes for scroll and lettering stuff, but I always stick to a mac blue handle for the long fine lines. I may try his scroller for the tighter fine line designs. thanks
Thanks so much for the kind words Doc. That means a lot to me bro.
I've been waiting for a new simple design. Thanks for the video great work Freddy
I try to come up with the designs myself so sometimes it takes a while to get something original drawn up
Nice work Freddie! You can really tell you made a lot of progress when you see the first clip of your simple designs and then this one! Love the style! Have a nice day and thanks for the video! 😎🤙
Absolutely. Thanks Remy
4k my dude! Congrats
Thanks Gordon!!!
Thank you so much for these
You're very welcome
Don't forget about the Mack paint pusher tool -- it can match up corners - clean up over runs.
Hey Freddy great job on your pinstripe work you are truly inspirational! Keep up the good work I enjoyed watching all your videos and hope someday to be as good as you. Keep pulling those lines brother
Thank you so much James!
Congrats on the 4k bro you and your work definitely deserve it 🙏
Thanks a lot Jason!!
@@villapinstriping no problem buddy 👌
the old skool pinstripers used to say, if you cant cover your name with a dime, its too big., ha
On real jobs. I try hard to keep it 'tasteful'
@@villapinstriping love your work man, keep it up,, are u from central texas?

Legit work
Thanks!!
I love these videos. I have been busy, so i havent watched a lot. Ive been striping nonstop, trying to raise money for Jason Von Woods' funeral. Keep up the great work.🖒👍
Thanks Jesse
I'm really starting to kinda figured things out and find my groove. My problem is the symmetry.
That, I I noticed your Kafka brush(es) seem to droop. I got a Wizard scroller, size 0, and it doesn't droop and wiggle like yours. Does this mean I'm not loading my brush right or do brush stiffness make any kind of difference..?
The Wizard scroller has shorter hairs and a completely different profile. The "Droop" your seeing is only cuz of the length of the kafkas. Brush load changes with every stroke so that's kinda something I can't straight forward answer unfortunately.
Just keep, keeping on you'll get it :)
And yes. Brush stiffen does change things quite a bit.. But again it's all situational. Depending on what time of line you want or what you're trying to achieve with that particular stroke. You might load the brush differently per variable.
Hi!, great work! i want to start pinstriping, and i want to know one thing after watch a lot of your videos, what is the best surface to start practicing and make my own designs?
czcams.com/video/XlzyfdvV5qk/video.html
What is the surface material? I see a grid behind it. Can you share what that is? Glass? Plexiglass? Thanks!
Glass. Cheap frame from walmart $8
czcams.com/video/XlzyfdvV5qk/video.html
These new videos show such improvement from the earlier ones. But I wish I could do what you started with for now. I’ll try it.
Do you design the art first then repeat for the video? What you paint on?
Yes. I casually draw something up during the week then record video when I get the chance. I'm doing these on glass
Villa Pinstriping I was thinking it looked like glass. Just how reflective the surface was.
what board are u using sir
Cheap frame from Walmart. Has glass.
czcams.com/video/XlzyfdvV5qk/video.html
What type of bored is that??
czcams.com/video/XlzyfdvV5qk/video.html
Hi Villa, what size are your grid layouts?
About 2"
I've actually never measured them because it's just the width of my ruler. But it is a larger ruler that is wider than a normal 12-inch one
Cool thank you, I will try that for my symmetry. I just can not seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong. I get carried away with scrolling 😅 and everything is too floral/girly for dudes.
You're like me, I enjoy scrolling especially. With "old school" style you have to think of jagged corners and sharp shapes. Think of a bunch of triangles and batwings. Pointy arrows and such
Study old school designs online specifically and try to break down the cooler looking ones. Figure out what works and what catches your eye. Just mimic the moves until they become natural
Hi Freddie. I always like watching your videos, but you have to do something about that squeaky chair. Every time you reload your brush... Squeak!
Hahaha. Yes sir. I agree. Only problem is I don't know if I buy a new one will that one squeak too?!? This one started doing that almost immediately after buying it from the store.
@@villapinstriping, try spraying the bottom with we-40 ,mine does the same thing…
