People are using punches and elbows too, kinda gave up on giving them high expectations somewhere around Cena's "Lightning Punch" and Jericho's "Judas Effect". I'm not expecting every finish to be a grand spectacle but at least be faster than 5 miles per hour. Also depending on the dropkick finish RUSH and Rhett Titus have some deadly looking dropkicks especially Rush who makes it look like someone took a shotgun to the head. Also I might be mistaken but the fist drop was used in a jobber match, unless there's another use of it I didn't see.
@@FakeTurtle99 I mean maybe if he were younger and slimmer so he could do the turn for it faster, Andrade was using the move, quicker and better, as a basic move or transition move (call for change of pace). Ik the codebreaker is becoming the next superkick or slingblade but it made sense given that Jericho has put on some size, heck bring back and keep the OG Liontamer. If he absolutely needs a new move maybe try something like Riddick Moss's necbreaker driver, Curtis Axel's Hangman Facebuster or one of the cool moves Brian Myers/Curt Hawkins has, the One last stand (or one night stand?) into a Liontamer sounds like a neat combo.

I haven't watched ROH since like 2005 and I've gotta say, I saw this video and was pretty impressed at how stacked their roster is. You have a good mix of veterans and names who can still go (Alex Shelley, Bully), some OG Ring of Honor guys who stuck around (the Briscoes, Dan Maff), some international stars like Rush, and a lot of new faces too.
I agree on the knee slam, but a dropkick makes more sense than a superkick considering how RUSH and Rhett usually perform them it's basically a double superkick square in the face. Also the Knee slam one was a one time thing because the guy hurt his knee and Gresham worked it all match, still a weak end to the match but still.
@@Daxter-hl7dw well it's weird putting the knee as finishers of 2020 if it was a 1 time thing. But the Dropkick, I like Rush version but a normal dropkick not so much.
@@TheRandom-inator with Rhett it depends on the seller and how he does it, I've seen him do some nasty dropkicks that almost look like he actually kicked the person in the jaw with all the force he had and the seller does a great job. Also from what I remember Rhett is basically playing the underdog character so he needs a move that seems basic but practical, kinda like how Sami has the Helluva kick and Rey has the 619/frog splash. Basically playing off of the old Bruce Lee quote, can't remember it word for word but its something like "fear the man who practiced one technique and mastered it over the one who uses multiple". They could and DO have neater things in the arsenal but that one move is the one they know how to use to it's fullest and in a lot more situations.
@@Daxter-hl7dw wow you actually went deep to explain a man using a Dropkick as a finisher. But atleast you made me convinced abit that it could be Legit.

Hogan’s leg drop, Jericho’s Judas effect and Cena’s AA are all in there too. Worst finishers ever

Drop kicks and fist drops as finishers in 2020. Insane.
Dalton Castle was one of my ROH favorites. His charisma, character, and such an enthusiastic finisher.
I love Rush and his finisher. Strong champion in my opinion.
That Taco driver was brutal. Yikes
Can't wait to kick out of it.
XD
Man this channel is super underrated. Great video "I promise you Riccabonni!"
Magnum Kill is what Wade Barrett's Wasteland should have been
True and im glad it dosent use JUST A FREEKING ROOL TO THE GROUND

@@knightwarrior8337 100% sure you're talking about the one he used to put Orton through a table.
