    The building just before Kirkham being renovated was a swimming baths, my Auntie lived on that council estate behind the fire and ambulance station, I spent many a happy holiday there when my Mum and Dad used to pack me off there to get some peace. RIP Auntie Marion I miss you.

    My best friend is from Kirkham, but lives here in the U.S., now. Thank you for sharing this, so I could see where he's from. I love your unscripted, unpolished style! It's far more "real" than most travel blogs, and feels more personal. Don't change that!

    great material. Kirkham has now undergone a scheme called 'Kirkham Futures' - where they have narrowed the road, abolished the fish stones car park and widened the pavement. It seems to have been a disaster for small businesses, many have since closed. This video appears to have been made before the scheme commenced.

    Great walkabout nice to see different place. Be careful adding many mods although you get busy CZcams limits your play list cause it thinks you get trouble on your channel if you need a lot of mods

    • @PaulDixon
      @PaulDixon Před 2 lety +1

      I think somebody gave you some bad information. CZcams doesn't punish channels for having too many mods. They are more likely to punish a channel that doesn't moderate comments or messages that are against their terms of service.

    That housing estate is just a clone of thousands up and down the UK. Small gardens and occupying ground that was used , years ago , to grow food. These houses are only supported by the cheap money policies of government since 2009. If there is a recession then those houses will have seriously negative equity. Still, your tours are very interesting. Thanks

    Cromers got these sort of places dotted everywhere and there's always a Burger King or a place to eat The houses are OK not my cup of tea but if I could get one on the cheap I'd probably buy it I'm more into older stuff My late mum lived in a Suffolk village called Kersey nr Hadleigh and Lavenham where they made the Vincent Price movie The Witchfinder General All those villages look just the same as 6 to 700 years ago Crooked cottages and village ponds Manor Houses that seem to lean in every angle If you're ever out that way Stephen check it out Ipswich is the main central town and a car comes in handy but there are some nice walks My mums buried in Kersey cemetery and my dad's ashes are scattered there Nice vid as always Stephen thanks I'm a bit poorly at the mo so I'm going to have a day watching some of your vids The night walks are brill and your escapades at the police station had me in fits so that's what I shall do cheers from David Cromer
