Cake:
1 yellow box cake
1 large egg
1 stick melted butter
Cream Cheese Topping:
8oz cream cheese
2 large eggs
4 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract

Your version reminds me of how cake and cookie bars were made back in the day! My all time favorite is of course, the lemon squares because I love lemons like crazy! Box cake method is a great idea because it saves time! 😊❤🍰
