  • In this excerpt from the February 2019 episode ( • Ask the Vet - Blanketi... ) of Ask the Vet, Dr. Gray and SmartPaker Dan go over what to expect when exploring the possibilities of breeding your mare. Dr. Gray gets to use one of her favorite big words (much to Dan’s delight) and explains what different steps are involved in determining whether or not your mare is a good candidate for breeding.

We have had the hardest time getting my mare pregnant and a lot of breeders I know have had a terrible year too. In one of my videos I show some of the vet visits with my mare doing AI.
