- Musicians react to Dimash Kudaibergen singing Ti Amo Così for the first time. This is definitely the most traditional opera performance we have seen from him and he truly embodied the genre of opera. There are so many moments in this video that literally slay me to no end when we realized that the one picture was our pillow that was legit so funny. This was Igor's 65th birthday celebration in Moscow. There were a lot of songs performed here (that the choir sang in and skaters skated) including a duet with Aida singing Ulisse. Lara (THE BLOND) is one of Dimash's idols and this was the first time they sang together. After this was over Igor composed the music and Lara wrote the lyrics to Your Love which was debuted at the Kremlin Palace in Moscow on International Woman's Day. And start to finish for Your Love only took 3 days. 🎶👱♀️👗👠👠💓 Translation of title is I Love You Like This.

Lara was very sick that night. The night before she said to Igor (the master and pianist, who is a close friend of hers since 2006) thay she had high fever and a sore troat. Even though she decided to sing all live along Dimash and Aida. Lara is 51 years old, she has veen singing Professionally 1985. She also has classical voice trained for over 12 years, she Plays piano since she was 8 years old, she also composes in 4 languages and sings in 12, she is fluent in 4 language. Thank you.
Lara worked closely with Igor Krutoy before. She was the origional singer of Mademoiselle Hyde, Know, Adagio etc. He adores her and it was his dream to sing with her

Lara Fabian is a world famous singer my friends 😂 (practically like Celine Dion but I prefer Lara)… Aida Garifulina is very well known in the opera world as a soprano lyrics. Yes Dimash sings very well in the classical opera style which he was invited to sing at the end of his studies to sing at the opera in Astana but he declined saying that he did not want to sing just in one genra but my god it seems easy for him. It was a concert for the birthday of IIgor Krutoy( Zidane 😂) in Russia (there was also Andrea Bocelli). Sean is going to kill me at laughter😂😂:

Lara is a big influence to Dimash's singing style, he took a lot of dramatic expression from the way she sings. You can see this best in Lara's song Je Suis Malade from her concert From Lara With Love. Take a version with English subtitles because the lyrics matter and go hand in hand with her vocal expression.

The whole concert is on Igor’s channel and is well worth watching. Aida and Lara perform several times and Dimash 5 times. The skaters are Russian Olympic champion level! Dimash’s performance with Aida (Ulisse) is also worth watching/reacting to 🤗🇬🇧 and yes this was the finale of a long concert…the choir sang many times during the concert.
Personally, I prefer more operatic voices for singing operatic songs, so here I prefer Aida to Lara. Ulisse is really amazing.
This was the final of a two and a half hours long concert to Igor Krutoys birthday. The whole concert is wonderful and worth watching. Every song is accompanied by the figure skaters and the choir has also a lot of parts in the songs. If you like to see more ice skating I recommend the other performances of Dimash in this show. It`s Ulisse a duet with Aida Garifullina, Passione, Know and Olympico. All songs composed by Igor Krutoy. Dimash opened and ended this concert. It`s so enjoyable.

I like how Igor put this together for his birthday. He had his three fav singers sing together, and combined the aural and visual performance arts.

I can’t find it anymore, but you guys would love this. There is a clip of rehearsal where Aida looks at Dimash and just says something like, “I don’t feel like doing this, you want to sing my part for me?” Since he can sing soprano effortlessly.

This concert was at VTB Arena in Moscow in a 4-city tour for 65th Birthday celebration of Igor Krutoy. All the music were his compositions, so yes mostly opera, sung by these three, Andrea Bocelli, and other well known opera artists. Aida is Russian, a gorgeous lyrical operatic soprano and well reknowned in the opera houses of Europe. The skaters here are all professional, including the little ones. The songs were acted out on the ice. It was quite a show! Beautiful music.
Everything you see had Igor's prior approval. He's the chief honcho who organized it after all! Nothing left to chance. Thanks for this reaction!
Fantastic performance. And Dimash’s dreams come true - working with composer/producer Igor Krutoy (Igor composed all the music performed at this, his birthday celebration); and performing with his idol, Lara Fabian - and did you see the look of adoration when she joined him on stage??!!!
Btw you should check out Lara singing Caruso, Je suis Malade and Adagio (Dimash sang Adagio on The Singer; also composed by Igor) - she is absolutely amazing and incredibly beautiful. In fact you can see Dimash has learnt a lot about performance from Lara. Sean thinks he’s in love now but he will go mental when he sees Lara’s performances.
This is one of my favorite songs because I absolutely love hearing Dimash sing in his lower register! Aida is the brunette who sang first, and Lara Fabian is the blonde. She has been one of his musical role models since boyhood, so getting to sing with her must have been a treat. (I've seen some behind the scenes footage from the rehearsals of this performance where he looks almost like a shy adolescent meeting his longtime crush face to face for the first time, which come to think of it might very well have been the case.) I think most Dears would love to have Dimash look at them like he looks at Lara in this performance. 😂 Aida is a professional opera singer, IIRC, while Lara tends to have a style more like Dimash (sort of popera/crossover style), maybe with less range than he has, but just as much emotion), and he seems to adjust his singing style to sound compatible with both of their personal styles when he is singing with each. If you want to be blown away, react to one of Lara Fabian's performances. I highly recommend "Je Suis Malade" (look for a version with English subtitles). I promise you won't be disappointed.
There is nothing operatic at all in Lara's singing, though, so I wouldn't say her style is like Dimash's.
Go back and watch the conductors face at the end and then the smile on Igor's face because the conductor is pushing them at the end to hold the note for longer😂

It was Igor Krutoy's birthday party to his 65th birthday. You must know that Igor is not only a musician and componist, but also a severe business man. He is one of the famous Russian oligarchs - he owns among others the biggest entertainment company in Russia and his personal net worth is estimateded between 13 and 15 billion dollar. You can say that he is the Ruppert Murdoch of Rusia
The beautiful woman in the white gala robe is Aida, also Russian and now living in Austria, because she is the prima donna at the Vienna state opera. She is considered among the best five sopranos in the world.
Lara Fabián is the woman on the right, a pop/musical componist and vocalist with extensive experience and great influence. (She is mid fifty and so could be age related the mother of Dimash). You know her from her composition "Adagio" and the lyrics to "Your love". Dimash adores her and she is one of his idols. You can see it in his eyes singing with her: for him a dream come true. Unfortunately she got the flu during the rehearsals and not only was well packed with clothes, but wasn't on the height of her singing capabilities.

This performance was the first time Dimash collaborated with Lara Fabian (in black). Lara was ill and Dimash lovingly supported her with his gaze and by holding Lara's arm during the performance. Lara was not at her best and her voice was weaker and less emotional than normal. Lara's stage performances are amazing.

On one of the rehearsals Aida had an appointment and had to leave earlier. She jokingly told Igor that that would be no problem, because Dimash could take her part 🤪😂
The choir didn't participate in this song, but there many performances at that event, and the choir got their share of the action. BTW, Dimash is fully qualified to be an opera singer. When he graduated with his BA in Classical Voice, he was offered a position with The Kazakhstan National Opera Company but turned it down to pursue the Neo-Classical or Popera music mixing many genres.

This was an event to celebrate Igor's 65th birthday. He and the entire music crew and performers had practiced for a couple of days with the skaters who are also superstars themselves. So, he was paying little to no attention to the skaters. He's a 65 year old Russian composer so I'm pretty sure he has seen skaters perform for decades. He has worked as a composer and musical director with Lara, Aida, and Dimash, so his concentration was most likely on them and the music. BTW, when the buttons on Dimash's jacket become more important than the music, you might be off subject a bit.

Why does everyone leave out Lara’s song she wrote for her friend who was a victim of domestic abuse, “Llora “? It is so beautiful and heart wrenching yet with a positive message.
If you want another version of this song with a little more acting, then look for Lara Fabian and Sumi Jo (as the ladies, being a lot cheekier) with the late Dmitri Hvorotovsky (another opera singer who worked closely with Igor Krutoy, who might well be another role model for Dimash). There was a hologram of Dmitri at the concert where the performance you reviewed took place. Dimitri's last concert in Germany was with Aida Garafulina (which closes the circle of connections).

Lovely! I like Dimash’s tone, but Dimitri was really good - very rich tone - and the dramatic element was a bit more pronounced with Sumi Jo’s expression. Thanks for sharing!
@@cynthiabruce-marzenska5024 He is a baritone, while Dimash is a tenor (although he can sing baritone beautifully as well) - they are incomparable in their vocal tones. He was a great opera singer, but Dimash is much more versatile, of course. He was one of my favorite vocalists until Dimash came and turned my world upside down.
@@Chabtung I’m aware. Unlike you, I did not have the pleasure of listening to him during his lifetime. I enjoyed both interpretations and agree that Dimash (from what I have gleaned from watching more of Dimitri over the past few hours) is more versatile.

Right on Sean Laura Fabian on the right is spoken for between living in France & Canada I think alot of the time. Aida Garafulina to the left is more a dedicated Opera singer whereas Lara more pop. Aida sings another song with Dimash ó think ulysee i think it's called, was for igors birthday celebration concert..its part of an evening of songs. 😀 Well done on the thumnaill button research. 👉 The lady in white at the beginning is Aida Garifullina (*1987 a Tatar from Russia, world-famous opera star and Prima Donna at the Vienna Opera (Austria). The lady in black is Lara Fabian (*1970), also a world-famous singer, songwriter from Belgium and a great role model for Dimash. Even as a child, Dimash wished to be on stage with Igor Krutoy and Lara Fabian one day ... and here the dream came true.
Dimash is a true artist. In a duet or trio he will always adapt to the group and not make any artist look stupid. Here, for example, he adapts his vibrato to both Aida’s opera and Lara's pop voice. Every opera singer also studies Italian because that is the language of music ... and Dimash has a degree as an opera singer. In November 2016, the director of Astana (now: Nur-Sultan) Opera State Theatre invited Dimash to work as an opera singer, stating that his voice would be "ideal for baroque opera" but he decided to pursue a career in contemporary music.
This event took place on the occasion of the 65th birthday of Igor Krutoi (here pianist) in 2019. He is a music titan in Russia (billionaire), a world-famous composer, sponsor and mentor in Russia. He came out of retirement to work with Dimash from time to time. They have a father-son-relationship... Can there be a nicer birthday? So far, Igor has composed several songs for Dimash and many songs in 30 years for Lara Fabian and other singers. Most of the songs in this concert were by him. Lilia Vinogradova wrote the lyrics and is known as a permanent co-author of the composer Igor Krutoy, with whom has created wonderful works in the crossover genre. She writes poems and texts for Russian and foreign composers and many well-known artists in Russian, Italian, English and French. Krutoy and Vinogradova created the cycle for DA Hvorostovsky, albums for Sumi Jo, Anna Netrebko, Yusif Aivazov, Lara Fabian and others. She says: 'And now we've added Dimash as a new element to our creative symbiosis.'🌼🇩🇪
