      Eiserman was an idiot for choosing Stamkos over Martin Saint Louis for the Canadian Olympic Team .
      Stamkos always gets hurt , sick, ... instead of being there !
      Tampa WAS my favourite team until they shot themselves in the foot by trading Saint Louis --- he would still be there coaching special teams or something !!!
      ☆☆☆☆Go , STARS , GO !!!!!! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
      - stupdedist thing since The Maple Leafs raised the number thirteen to the rafters --what lame brain had that idea, they could have put the guys name up only that doomed Toronto and Eiserman ' s egotistical idiocy doomed Tampa --trading St. LOUIS what was he drinking/thinking/blinking ???

    • @csonkaperdido
      @csonkaperdido Před 3 lety

      @@RB-ye4ri who the hell is Eiserman?
      I think you mean YZERMAN....
      And picking Stamkos, a 25 year old superstar who was coming off a 50 goal season and a 60 goal season was not a stupid move...
      Marty was the one who demanded to be traded.
      Honestly, Marty acted like a bit of a whiny brat.
      Yzerman was the one who picked the players for the Canadian team and was the GM of the Lightning at the same time.... Since "Eiserman" aka YZERMAN didn't choose him for the first team Canada roster, Marty acted like a bit of a douche and demanded to be traded. Yzerman did actually pick Marty, and if you knew anything about the situation you're stupidly claiming to know something about, you'd know that Marty DID play for Canada and he won the gold medal.
      YZERMAN didn't want to trade him... Marty said he was not going to play for Tampa anymore... So what do you expect from Yzerman?
      He either let Marty sit at home and pay him millions of dollars to NOT play hockey, or trade him when he demanded a trade and actually get a player who will play hockey?
      Just the fact that you said "Eiserman" instead of his real name - YZERMAN - shows that you don't know much about hockey. Yzerman is a Hall of Fame player and one of the best hockey players to ever play the game.
      The Canada team has absolutely nothing to do with the Lightning... And the Lightning were the ones who paid him.
      Marty said he wouldn't play for the team who gave him a chance when nobody else would... The team who got him a Stanley Cup... The team that made him into a super star and a Hall of Fame player... The team who paid him tens of millions of dollars... The team who's fans absolutely loved him...
      All because he wasn't picked for the first squad Olympic team, and WAS picked as the 1st replacement in case another player got hurt - which has absolutely nothing to do with the Tampa Bay Lightning.
      Also, the Lightning traded him for Ryan Callahan who was the Rangers Captain, and their best player... At that point in Marty's career, Callahan was a better player. The lightning also got draft picks from the rangers, and one of those picks turned into Anthony Cirelli, who is one of the best 2 way forwards in the NHL and a great player who's still playing for Tampa, and just won a Stanley Cup.
      So basically, Yzerman had no choice but to trade Marty. In return, the Lightning got Callahan and Cirelli.
      The Lightning won that trade.
      "Eiserman" literally had no choice but to trade him - why would he keep a player who's one of the highest paid players in the NHL if he refused to play?
      You win the "DUMB COMMENT AWARD"
      🙄🙄🙄🙄

    • @csonkaperdido
      @csonkaperdido Před 3 lety

      Oh and one more thing... Stamkos was a guarantee to make the Canada roster. Yzerman didn't choose Stamkos over St Louis, he chose Jeff Carter over St Louis and technically he did choose Marty for the Canada roster - Marty was the first reserve player, meaning if someone got hurt, St Louis was the replacement. Someone DID get hurt, and Marty ended up playing for Canada and winning the gold medal... Yet he still demanded a trade, even after making the Canada roster like he wanted and winning the gold medal.
      The stupidity of your comment is astounding.
      EISERMAN lol 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂
