Midwest Classic 2023 | Match 6 | versus 1D

Hello everyone! In today's video I review my game from the Midwest Classic 2023! This was an online team tournament, consisting of ten teams. All teams had two months, from December 2023 to January 2024 to play as many games as possible against other players in their division. The team with the most overall wins, won the tournament.
My sixth round opponent was a strong 1 dan, whose opponent was basically perfect. When an opponent plays seemingly perfect, and you have a handicap deficit, how can white come back into the game? By fighting of course! See if I am able to fight my way back after not making a lead after opening.
This game was played on January 15th, 2024.
