Moral: Everyone tries to exploit another once they have certrain authority no matter what they had to face in the past
In short, Bob is the only good person here, he may have made it some mistakes in the past, but he's the only one that truly believes in Patty, takes care of her, doesn't let her or his former mentor seduce him staying loyal to his wife, and generally only wants to help the girl and recover his reputation that was ruined by a false accusation. Patty just wants revenge and becomes another bully, but Bob stays focused and doesn't let the situation change him

This was so much fun! I love how it literally goes from beauty pageants to feeding a corpse to pigs and everything else! Also how when you watch further you realize she is the worst kind of person to ever participate in a beauty pageant lol.

To defend this show, the moral of the story was that being “pretty” on the outside, doesn’t matter if your insides/personality is ugly. You have to love yourself before and after and change your looks for yourself first and foremost, revenge second and optional.
And it really is a fun show, with emotional moments and craziness that keeps you hooked, and a lot of realistic insight on eating disorders. Patty did some evil actions but you sometimes had to root for her because the people she was going up against were evil as hell.

I remember seeing this show. I wish there were more seasons rather than it ending in a cliffhanger.
But once i had a concept of an insatiable horror movie. With how many people she has killed its kinda perfect.
Stockard Channing had a movie in the 70's called The Girl Most Likely To, which was a black comedy similar to this show. She played the Patty character, who becomes beautiful after the accident and kills all the people who wronged her.
