I got my TV from Value Electronics and absolutely love it! Amazing job guys and you created my favorite TV of all time. As a OLED and Plasma lover, that is saying something. I have an LG C9 and Sony 900H majority of the time this has the blacks of an OLED with bright highlights and more pop. It has fantastic viewing angles and anti reflection screen. I hope you guys continue to make these dual cells and evolve. I already want another one for another room.

That's a good guarantee! I have the U9DG on order at Value Electronics. I'm excited to receive it and it will be my first Hisense. While I was a little disappointed with the black level performance during the TV shootout, I also believe that it did some things well. That was also just based by clip by clip. Hopefully a firmware will fix the black levels and HDR pop. The tech is there as the reference model was also a dual cell. Looking forward to receiving it and I hope you guys keep evolving dual cell. You guys have made some great steps the last couple of years and happy to be a part of it. Its a fantastic line up this year. Well done.

I’ve been speaking with Hisense reps about how my TV keep turning off. I purchased a 70 in on February 23rd 2021 brand new. When calling,m Hisense, there is a message that talks about what to do if your TV keeps turning off as it is a known issue. I’ve been finding a lot of post on social media about how other people are experiencing the exact same issue. While speaking with Hisense reps, I was told that since my one year factory warranty has pasted by three months, I can’t be helped although they know of the known issue. I’m having a hard time understanding why Hisense is selling TV that has a known issue and won’t provide a way to help people despite a expired warranty. I’ve submitted proof of purchase along with my model number. I’m now going into every social media platform to let everyone know how Hisense is selling TVs that have a known issue of turning and will not provide help to resolve the issue. I’m also going to report this to the BBB and will report this daily until Hisense fix my issue.
will there be a firmware update on the 65inch U8G to fix the VRR/ Local dimming issues. meaning when VRR is used then we cant use Local Dimming Simultaneously @HisenseUSA
