I have the book of John and Book of Romans in 2 versions. I'm a while away from revelation, but have some others I hope to have out in the next couple years.
@@GeraldoFerreira92 I heard about this too. I also found out that Carson is writing a commentary on Galatians for Pillar, Hebrews for Baker and Letters of John (dont know the series). I don't know how much of this is true, but I would love to! Love Carson and his commentaries on Matthew and John are outstanding!
@@LucasAraujo-mm1jz yes, the Johannine epistles are for the NIGTC, I do hope it's true, especially the Hebrews one, as it is lacking a good reformed author for a commentary.
@@GeraldoFerreira92 Yes, I'm about to buy Lane's volumes on hebrews, but not too exciting, especially because of the boring WBC style. Carson on Galatians would be great becouse of the New Perspective issues and Wright recent volume.
Triumph of the Lamb by Dennis Johnson is amazing and highly recommend it for anyone who is wanting to get their feet wet in understanding Revelation. It is also very encouraging. God bless. Chris from Cali
It would be incredibly helpful if instead of just a general top ___ list we could create our own top list by filtering what we're looking for. Like a technical, Catholic, premillennial. Or pastoral, Methodist, amillennial. Or maybe old earth creationist, egalitarian, protestant. Or whatever combination.
Most modern Historic Premillennialists take a similar view and it's often called the eclectic view. Ben Witherington, J Scott Duvall, Craig Keener, Ian Paul etc.
