Hoosier valley is a great museum to visit and to volunteer at to gain railroad experience and learn all the crafts you need to know to be a good and safe railroader.
Ah nice that produced many great memories I'm sure! I've been up there a couple times and once got the last tunnel motor in their paint coming down the hill by the best western. These were on the EJ&E after their time on the DMIR and then CN sold them to the Chesapeake and Indiana which still uses them to this day.
