Excellent video, but PLEASE turn off the background music whilst you are speaking. It's very annoying for people with good hearing and means that those with hearing issues can't hear you.

Helpful tips, especially for this NCL first-timer! I almost didn't watch the entire thing simply because of the background music. The techno music really wasn't the best choice, was distracting and too loud. Please consider using no background music next time so your content comes across better.

In regards to the different prices from different countries, we experienced a similar difference, but with final payment dates. We had scheduled a cruise from NY to Bermuda with a couple who had transferred a booking they had for a cruise in Europe. We were both booking from the US, but their final payment was due 2 months from sailing while our's was due 4 months from sailing. When we asked Norwegian why their final payment was so much closer to our sailing date, they told us it was because their original cruise was in Europe and they had a different payment schedule.

The Italian restaurant Onda that you passed up is actually really good. I ordered the pasta with lobster. The pasta is home made on the ship and it was great! My husband is sensitive to vegetable oils due to him having an ulcer and NCL was very accommodating when he ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp they made it with olive oil instead. He didn’t have any issues after eating it and it was delicious.

If you are going to do music in the background, you need to use individual microphones. Talking through the music that is using the same microphone as you is not good. Good info from what I could hear though.

Good video but please change your music selection and/or lower the volume of the background music. It's distracting.
Bidding on an upgrade can sometimes result in getting a cabin with an obstructed view or located in one of the cabins you just recommended against
Well, it depends on the boat. For instance on the Jade the cabins under the gym are suites, so you'd be in no jeopardy of that. Always consult the deck plan if in doubt of what possible cabins you could get.
Do you have any videos of the inside cabins with accessibility. We have to take a mobility scooter tour agent said the assessable rooms are bigger and we can fit the scooter comfortably.??

We have just booked a sail away club balcony MX 1201 on the Norwegian Sun recommended by the sales team. I note it’s on the pool deck 11. Are there any noise issues with this deck and access to lifts etc? Thanks Mike

Does ncl allow you to reprice a sail away cabin before final payment? If it's after final payment will they give an on-board credit if price goes down?

If you are a latitudes member Silver and above you get invited to a cocktail party with the captain and all the officers. So make sure to go to the Cruise Next counter to sign up for it because they just give you a little card when you arrive and if you don’t book it you miss out. The card doesn’t specify what day the cocktail party is. Some people were bummed that they didn’t read their card correctly because they thought it was the first day and they thought they had missed it but it was on the 3rd day of the cruise.

What floor the gym is on?
The Breakaway has the Childrens day care center above cabins. The kids jumping all day is insane. Do not book under the Childrens day care center.
Be careful - do not take future coupons if they or you have to cancel. If you should have to cancel again, there are no refunds. Also coupons have limited use period.
Is the thermal suite open to everyone to just come use or is it an additional cost? Thanks for the reminder about bidding on a room upgrade! I got the email and totally forgot about it 😬
It is an additional cost for the Thermal Suite
All NCL ships do not have a thermal suite (the Joy does not).

Does your prices at different regions include exchanges rates and charges? I live UK but I'm a US citizen.
All NCL ships do not have a thermal suite (the JOY does not).
On most ships there is a complementary sauna or steam room near the workout area. No need to pay for something that is free.
If ALL you're going for is the sauna then you're right. If you want an actual quiet place the spa is better

Don’t book interior. Save that for people like me who sail two cruises for the price of one. Book cabins with balconies so you can see water. And more water. And more water. And then you can view some water. You can’t view water anywhere on the ship except in cabins with balconies. Lol.

GOT RIPPED OFF! On my last NCL cruse. Hair in my food at Caghnies.
Horrible Internet on ship.
Lost baggage! Not Hot Tubs. Cold tubs! Construction at sea fumes got me sick during the cruse. Constantly changing shore excursions time was 75%. Totaly got ripped off.
Family member got couldn't make it. No reimbursement. Lost money NCL doesn't care about your problems.
Can't watch because of the loud obnoxious background music, why would you make a video where you are just talking and play music in the background?

The servers always shake their heads when I order the cheese plate that's on the dessert menu for my main meal and a salad for the appetizer. "But look at all this you're missing!"
That cheese plate is wonderful and I'm a pescetarian.
Also on the buffet, which I'm certain will be different now, I've seen people spoon the vegetarian food on top of meat their meat and I've had to ask the attendant to change out the entire pan. Yes, the veggie Indian food is outstanding, but do not let that spoon touch your meat, that's gag worthy.

That's on par with religious fanatics not liking whatever food someone told them God isn't into being cooked in the same kitchen as the food someone wrote God is totally ok with.
