Love the detailed explanation of the "trill" the b/p difference was sooo helpful!

I had no idea these were actually useful. Thanks! The difference between b and p is clear once you do them. Before hearing you say that, I guess you could say I headed right to the rodeo.

Please, would you have any suggestion to help me stop thinking when I try to make that sound? I feel so stupid that it paralyzes me...

Hi! I completely get it! Have you ever blown bubbles through a straw into your glass of milk or water? Try that first! It’s the same idea. You can actually sing right through the straw while blowing bubbles! Try it and tell me what you think!

Is it okey to do it with my tongue slightly sticking out, that's the only way I can feel the vibration

Thanks. Once you find out your range limit (higher register) and if it’s really a tension thing, how do you fix that if you want to increase that range? I’m not educated on vocal anatomy but I bet if I understood it, I would know why there are certain times my voice turns into air when I go higher

This is a great question! We all have limitations. At a certain point, there's only so far we can go in either direction, right? While I can't give you an exact note on either end of the spectrum to say, "well, you've hit the limit of your range," what I can recommend is the use of Lip Trills or Straw Phonation exercises to clear up any muscular tension you might be experiencing, and then see how far you can sing in either direction. At that point, take the time to strengthen your voice DAILY with a 10-15 minute vocal warmup. After about a month, test your limits again and take note on how your range may have increased, or stayed the same. If it stays the same, then that tells you that you probably know your range limits. If it increased in either direction, then you know you've strengthened your voice, and created a way to access more of your range. I hope this is helpful. Have patience with yourself and enjoy the process!
