I live very near to your starting location. While I love the concept of the Beltline it is often far too crowded for me to consider using as a bike path. I wish the designers had implemented a side of cycling/scootering and a side for walking/running.

What do you call an individual that just has to get attention by playing their music loud. You would think they would notice everyone around them are peacefully enjoying nature and may not want to hear the sounds of their music.

What day of the week and time of day was this? I usually walk on weekdays and I've never seen it so crowded. I assume this must be the weekend.
