PJ Dump Trailer Tailgate Repair

In this video we repair a severely damaged tailgate hinge and latch for a PJ Dump trailer. This trailer is 2 or 3 years old and has seen its fair share of use. Occasionally the door latch will fail and the doors will swing downward while dumping and traveling forward. This can bend or break the hinges. In this video we fabricate a new latch pin holder and weld back together the hinge.
