Why does a fake gun have fucking bullets???
It wasn't a fake gun obviously. It was a real gun mistaken for a prop gun.
The propmaster was responsible for it and couldn’t be bothered doing their job properly. They also got their job thanks to nepotism.
Prop just means PROPERTY of... ya fkn dolt!
For that particular film shot they needed a real gun, but because it was used as a prop it’s by some stupid reason called a prop gun! Most prop cars, are also still real cars.
He fought the crew to get the gun he used in the shooting! I can't remember the gun but the one they wanted to give him wasn't big enough! He fought and they gave in and gave him a big gun! Also what about the rumors that they were drinking beer and shooting the cans in the evening after filming?!?!
He didn't pull the trigger? Does this mean Alec Baldwin the 'person' didn't do it but rather Alec Baldwin the 'actor' did it?
🤔
A $5000 fine for killing somebody...wtf
Yet the actor who accidentally shot Brandon Lee wasn't prosecuted. The difference? POLITICS!!
Whoever put the bullets in the prop gun needs to be charged
# always treat any gun as if it were a real one and loaded at all times !
In one of John Schneider’s videos; he said this was not a prop gun but a real gun. He explained that a prop gun would not be able to shoot bullets. I trust what John Schneider says.
Who put a real gun in a movie
Why is there live ammo and a real gun on set
This is such a dumb case.
Why would Alec Baldwin be charged? His only crime is not knowing the difference between a prop gun loaded with fake bullets and a real one. By that logic, i should be charged as well.
The only person(s) responsible for this crime (Rip Halyna Hutchins) are the people in charge of props.
Wasnt it his production though? So he is responsible for hiring the staff in some capacity?
Thats the sad thing with cases like these, it is about negligence, no one probably meant to do harm, but someone died and that needs to be answered for.
@@Mussa.Hby that logic Alec Baldwin's parents should also be charged because they gave birth to him.
I agree that somebody should be held accountable and face justice but should it be the man who had no reason to suspect the gun was loaded with real and properly can't tell the difference and trusted the people who could too do their jobs or should we blame and prosecute the people who's job it was to make sure the gun was loaded with blanks.
Wouldn't it be funny if due to a clerical error he got 5000 months and an 18 dollar fine?
So if you have a job, and you're provided with an item to do that job, is it then the employees responsibility to ensure said item is safe? For example, suppose you drive a truck provided by your employer. You do everything safely but the brakes give out due to the employer not servicing as required, or because of the negligence of another employee. Someone dies as a result. Is the driver at fault? How is this different?
Yes the driver is at fault. This just happened
No one should get criminalized for an accident
@@jesskass9769 So a drunken driver who killed a family of four should get off scott free because it was an accident? Or someone like this case who failed to check a gun when it was handed to them pointed it at someone and pulled the trigger? How old are you?
@@rec-reation9620your comparison is stupid
@@vutomi9874 No its not, you are lol. I would've gotten locked up when I was in the Marines or even at a public gun range if i did what he did. Stop making excuses for someone who should be locked up for negligent manslaughter
He was the one to check that gun before he used it. What are live rounds doing on a film set???
Not a prop gun if it’s capable of firing live ammunition
Well … that’s karma . Alec Baldwin was an arrogant snob . He is an idiot too ! Since when do you point a gun whether it’s real or a prop and shoot at a perfectly innocent person ? Also as a supposedly trained actor he should have know that any props he is given to use he should have personally checked it out ! It’s like parachute jumping ! YOU NEVER LET ANYONE BUT YOURSELF PREPARE YOUR PARACHUTE ! I hope he goes to jail for negligence ! 😡😡😡
I'm betting he'll serve no time .
Justice ? 😂😂😂 It's all about money
Well they should go and find out about Bruce Lee's death.same situation.
So many levels of incompetence led to this. One of those levels is him. He deserves this.
How though?! It's supposed to be blank gun, he's doing his acting job, he rehearses the scene. None of what he's done shows incompetence.
@@MrSheizen it's political. MOST of the people who want him to hang are trump voters who are mad at him for insulting their orange god for 4 years.
Thank God you'll never be an actor
@@MrSheizen Exactly he trusted his armor as a professional and it back fired on him the entire case is sad but go for the fucking armorer
@@MrSheizen Because it was a real gun and the first thing you do is check a gun when its handed to you. I knew that at 13 years old. Then again, its Alec baldwin and he probably has the intellect of an 11 year old. If anyone else would've done this, they would be arrested immediately.
Bro why is he blame the prop maker should be
same thoughts
Why was the assistant Director charged with anything but the director was not charged
Justice working for the wealthy as per usual... Get away with anything with a transparent lie and an expensive lawyer...
I'm surprised they have even charged him at all
@@phoenixkwon True, The charge is basically a let-off with a fine or suspended sentence, assuming they even find him guilty.
@@steveparker8065 lol what else can you charge him with? If it’s not murder, it’s manslaughter. Murder requires premeditation.
@@thl205 "Involantary" He shot the director and an assistant... Seriously, what reason did he have to fire or even point a gun at someone behind the camera?
@@steveparker8065 he was "practicing"
18 months nd 5k.
Why are there real bullets in a prop gun?!?!?
Why were there real bullets in a prop gun?
If anyone in general wanted to kill someone they would be smart enough not to do it on set especially as the gun holder who would be the first person likely to be blamed? The one holding the gun I think it was a accident on Baldwin's part
That was one of his sacrifices
True some people just don’t see this
Not fair, set director is the one at fault.
I'm just happy your opinion is just a youtube comment and not actual legal advice
Evil! Eeeeeviiiiil!
He will never spend one day in jail. He’s Alec Baldwin.
So he be out next week
yeah pretty pathetic
Fake guns or any weapons Alec should not have that pointed at anyone.
The scene they was shooting had him pointing it at the camera, she was behind it
Some expensive lawyer will get him off
That and plain common sense.
@@brentmeistergeneral6074 not so much as that, it’s not going to be as such sorry my english
18 months :/ how many did he get
