The one thing I noticed is the brotherly love from Kenya 🇰🇪, now uganda 🇺🇬. There has been someone to push you forward. This is such a big blessing. It also shows one's of Africans
On an unreliable bike, you can not have fun.
It is going off too many times.
Driving in this kind of traffic can be fun, I love it (and I am from Germany).
You are lacking confidence because of the bike and the clutch.

I think its best you consult your mechanic on what modification or adjustment made to your bike that comfortable and your used to and test it to its level especially at a high speed, traffic and in a acceding steep

Car detailing must be big business. I also believe the more hardy and tested local boda boda bikes are more reliable than the fancy more expansive bikes if speed is not your concern.

Don't know much about bikes but this one looks too unreliable though brand new🤔 a second hand good brand like honda, yamaha,suzuki or BMW would perform better🤔 but i suppose this is an adventure and anything goes😁😁the thrill of breaking down and the bike misbehaving is all part of the menu😂 but go go ebaide👏👏👏

Ive never seen so many motorbikes on a road at same time
Doesnt happen anywhere in southern Africa
Motorbikes are mostly used by company messengers or rich boys from Northern suburbs and nobody uses them as public transport here
Or buying food on the street/roadside
You don't see that in SA, Botswana, Zim or Namibia generally
You buy food in a formal restaurant generally not someone just making it on a fire lol

Just a few pointers to help you on your riding;
1. Ensure your load is equally distributed..not too far behind the bike as well to help with the load distribution between the front and rear tyres.. it's easy to loose the front when the load is os too far back. Also try to distribute the weight between the left and right paniers. They have to be equal
2. Practice on braking. Pulling hard on the front brakes, you'll fall. Pressing hard on the rear brakes, you'll slide and most probably fall. So practice, practice on using both the front and the read brakes gently
3. Try picking the right gear for the rougher terrains or traffic to maintain good momentum and balance. Mostly gear 2 with some clutch balancing will do the trick.
