Fyi the lower section redish in color was not irrigation rust, it's a chemical reaction from the sh and organic growth which is very common with stucco. When surface starts turning redish in color, simply hit it again but with a pump up sprayer or dedicated pump with a 5% hot application and it will disappear in about 30 seconds
