That poor rosemary to the right of the stairs has bark beetles.... I watched the segment three times to be sure.
I hope they had someone in to care for the plants after you were done. You did a great job not harming them.
Tbh anything that stream hit kills that piece of the plant. Plants hate powerwashers. And no it does not have bark beetles that lack of nutrients you are seeing

What's a Run Off?
The patio needs to be laid at a slight downward angle away from the property so any rain water can 'run off' it away from the property and patio.

What Sonia said above it’s basically an opportunity for water to drain away from the surface. If it’s perfectly level or uneven it can create pooling in certain areas meaning water sits there and will only disappear via evaporation which can take days in winter months.

dude. this is so weird. i had a dream before that i ended up in a new place and it looked like a residential area. when i stubled across your video because it popped up in my recommendations, i didnt expect to see that same area in my dream as your area. i have never been to that place in real life before, and it's so amazing to see that a place i saw in a DREAM is actually true. in my dream the area was quiet though, as if there wasn't many people living in it. it was also right after the golden hour. it was kinda dark but had enough light. the sun was almost setting.

Sid, how would I go about getting blackspot off my front path? I've only got a small karcher, is it OK to use sodium hypochlorite, I've seen you can get it off amazon and the likes but is that more of a professional thing? Will I do damage if I use it incorrectly 🤦♂️
I'd love to get you to do it but I'm on the isle of wight plus it's only about 2m square 😂😂
yeah the online stuff is okay, usually its less concentrate than the stuff i use or overpriced but it does the same job, may just require a few more attempted, spray it on and scrub it in, repeat until its gone :D

I've seen videos where terribly overgrown lawns wind up beautifully manicured but never a slab of moss/algae/lichen turned into breathtaking blue limestone.

I love it! I used to wash our driveway down with my husband's hose connected straight power washer. I just loved it. I would goof off and make designs but then get serious and clean it. I was in my late 30s then. We now live in the country on a private dirt rd. I wish I had not developed arthritis in my hips and lower back and starting in my knees. If I were a healthy 59, I would go find places to do for free and hope to get some paid jobs from it. It is amazing how much fun and how satisfying it is and relaxing. Even cools you down a little in this Texas heat. I adore your accent. Made me love your channel even more. Just found this today ! New sub. I can watch you now and relax minus getting sprayed. 😊
