And by the way all these comments "this can't be legal" have you not herd harley Davidson...😂 here in Australia on the Harleys all the exhausts have stamped on the inside of them "not for highway use" and the police have no idear as the stamp is up against the motor.
The baffle is removable. You drill into the side of the carbon and there's an allen bolt head. Then you use the Akra plug to cover the hole. By the way, it's AkrapoviCH -- the accent of the C means it makes a "ch" sound. Akra is Slavic/Balkan - from Slovenia. Edit: "full flow" sounds a bit silly, in that the true Akra (not your auto parts store pipe) makes far more power. Especially if you remove your so called "non-removable" baffle ;)
Yeah, I just removed the baffle on mine. However, beneath the rubber plug, the Allen bolt head has been filled in with a bead of weld. I had to drill out the center and use a reverse threaded drill bit to back the bolt out.
