    Nice work! That’s exciting to me because I have a 2000 s10 2.2, I’m looking to find a v8 vortec right now that I could slap in my truck just like this. Dope video 🤙

    That was pretty cool video. The exhaust Y pipe is some pretty nice work if I do say so my self.. 😆 Sounds really good . Even the hellcat guys liked it the athere day.👍

    Nice setup. Why did you use cats on the Y pipe? The power steering and alternator bracket, what make or model is that?

    • @Shady12708
      @Shady12708  Před 3 měsíci

      Had to use cats because where I live I have to pass emissions and inspection. The bracket is a relocation bracket for an f body camaro. I believe 98 to 02. Also he powersteering pump is for a 98 to 02 camaro and the alternator is just the stock one for the 4.8

      My motor and computer came from a 99 4x4 truck. The trans is rebuild from a company out of Michigan and got a wire harness from BP automotive for a plug and play wire harness

    Nice built ! What did you use for the fuel pump ?

    • @Shady12708
      @Shady12708  Před rokem

      For the first couple weeks the stock 4 cylinder fuel pump worked great with no issues. But I ended up putting in a pump for a 5.7 camaro

      I replaced just the pump it self not the whole assembly

    Did you use a bracket for the power steering pump?

    • @Shady12708
      @Shady12708  Před 11 měsíci +1

      I bought a relocation bracket for the power steering and alternator for a 02 chevy f body camaro

      @@djpaddp no problem. I would go for grade 8 bolts to hold the power steering and alternator.

    What did you use for motor mounts

    • @Shady12708
      @Shady12708  Před rokem

      I bought the transdapt kit that came with motor mounts headers and oil pan

    Why you cut the fame on your s10 if you don’t mind me asking because I’m about to build one

    • @Shady12708
      @Shady12708  Před rokem

      It was cut to try and fit the v8 ac pump like I had seem many ppl do. However the way we have the motor in the ac pump would not fit in the cut out of the frame. I wouldn't cut the frame
