- Welcome to this Hot Wheels review taking place on the rare and vintage TomyTech Tomicarama Car Dealership. Today we are looking at the new release from Mattel, Car Culture Deutschland Design series of five detailed diecast cars featuring all metal construction and Real Rider tires on highly detailed authentic wheels. Also up for a full loose review is the very hard to find Hot Wheels Premium California Truck Collection, featuring some extremely collectible diecast trucks. I found this set at Wal*Mart, and although it was expensive, the trucks featured are highly collectible, and include the Texas Drive 'Em, Midnight Express ('78 Dodge 'Lil Red Express casting), '62 Chevy Pickup, and the Horizon Hauler.
In the Deutschland Design series we find a German themed automotive selection, featuring Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (Green), Audi S4 quattro (Yellow), Porsche 911 GT3 RS (Blue), '12 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Coupe Black Series (Red), and a1994 AMG-Mercedes C-Class DTM Touring Car (Silver).
Rounding out the review is a 1976 Honda CVCC Civic from Matchbox!
Enjoy, please comment if you like, and Happy Hunting!!!
Man your collection is sweet 😍❤
That Mighty K was designed by Hot Wheels designer Ryu Asada who tragically passed away in April 2021. Ryu was the one responsible for bringing so many unique fantasy models as well as nearly every Japanese sportscar to the Hot Wheels line. He had his own little niche at Mattel and it leaves a great loss in the company. Road & Track magazine did a great article about him.
PS: in case you didn't know the Lil' Red Express and Midnite Express are real trucks that were made and sold at the time and could be bought exactly like that from Dodge. They are not fictional or customs. They are now highly collected classic trucks.
PS PS: The Horizon Hauler and its wraparound grille work has veins of a 1960's GMC B-series semi. Race car haulers were custom builds back then by the race teams but the cabs and trucks were usually always right off the shelf factory models and it was only from the cab backwards that was custom. Not sure why they couldn't get a license to just make it a GMC. The truck hasn't been made for 60 years, it's long expired from trademark.
Super cool info, thank you!! 😊
Always good to see your videos pop up in the feed. The truck set is very cool.
The truck hauler set and that light blue Porsche GT3Rs is really cool

nice nice!! collection I bought the same set of trucks here in the US for $18 Canada's kind of high seem like. I like that black pickup truck also.
Your video is very amazing. I like this video. Wish you all the best
That set has a chase
Those trucks are sick
Thanks for another great video. Still waiting for Deutschland Design 2 and Mountain Drifters here in the UK. Just for your info - the Mercedes C Class Touring Car competed in the DTM (German Touring Car Masters) from 1994. The DTM series featured highly tuned Audi, Mercedes and BMW racers between approximately 1990 and 2020, when it changed to a Group 3 series, and provided the most exciting tin-top racing anywhere in its heyday. You can find footage on CZcams of the 1990s - probably featuring this car.
I have the hauling truck set. Those aren't very common in my area. But I got lucky on a 30 year old collection all carded. I'm on my 8 th load home. Got two more to go
going be a good video!
Party time ⚡️
have you heard of the Johnny lightning Zinger cars they look pretty cool..
Do a delership of 1:64 scale Ford Delership.
the truck set is $25usd in the states.
That fits about right. With Canada's dollar inflation, and the fact he bought two, would fit the $50/$60 he mentioned it costing.
they are $45ea at Walmart up here. not for 2 . Ever more at TRU. with tax at TRU they come out to $65 a friend told me.
@@devonsmith4548 damn wtf
@Wee Car Boot I just can't believe it costs that much. It's not worth that much.
My brother got the set and he let me have the Ford the first gen is his favorite
