I have never had sleep paralysis but one time. I saw something approaching me and I reminded myself that I don’t have sleep paralysis and got up just for the shadow like figure to disappear. However i am grateful because i have had multiple dreams of murdering daemons, but the act of murdering them allowed them to use my hate towards them to corrupt me and then use my body for violence. (Yes I’ve had multiple dreams telling me this) Moral of the story: don’t let hate consume you, instead harnesses it and use it to your benefit. Which helps alot once you can call upon your hatred and use if for things. Its a pretty neat trick.
I remember one time while playing dodgeball (I'm a girl) it was girls v boys and we had one girl left (let's call her Lizzie) and she played softball, so here's the girls team just chanting "Lizzie! Lizzie! Lizzie!" It was pretty great. (She won the game for us)
