- The Letting Go technique is one of the easiest ways to let go of ANY emotion. But it requires a mindset shift in order to do so. Because we’ve been trained since childhood to shy away from painful emotions.
The letting go technique must therefore be practiced with an intimate focus on what is painful and without running away from the feeling.
In this video we will go through the 5 steps that will make the letting go technique work for you. So you can raise your vibration instantly and find that place of inner stillness.
Identify the emotion or feeling and put your full attention on it and stay there. Let it fully be felt.

I have this really old anger and resentment regarding a friend and I keep receiving the answer that I cannot let it go. So I look forward to the next video! Thanks for this lovely explanation of the process, I will keep trying.
Give it to the Divine Christ within you and let it go each time. I say " I give this burden to the Divine Christ within me and I let it go". If it keeps coming back, ask yourself what you learned from this for the positive! Then say the letting go sentence.
Look also at the answer when it happens " I cannot let it go"

First time I did this I ended up in tears but couldn't really get a sense of a "yes" or "no". For someone that has physical related health anxiety symptoms (like chest tension), would that already be the starting point of where emotion is stored in the body? It gets a little confusing when thinking about emotions vs physical sensations in the body.

Next time this painful memory arises, breathe in and say “no, YOU are, +1 to whatever you say, times infinity, I win”. Watch the 6 year old’s face go from defiant domination over his hapless victim, to shock at his sudden shift to permanent loserdom….and let go. Namaste 🙏
Hi, I love how the sedona method is explained. I've read about it before in "Master your emotions" but I didn't understand it then.
I'm looking for an advice. When I notice something I want to let go, I sit down, close my eyes and try to focus on my body and emotions and not on thoughts. The problem is, without thoughts the emotion vanishes before I can let it go... I wonder what can I do. Any tips?
You know what, I think I got it. I couldn't name any emotion anymore during my letting go session but they left leftovers all over my body. A pain there, a heaviness here, a cramp elsewhere. I decided to focus on that and let these go and I think it did the trick. I focused on one at the time and I noticed when one let go, another one emerged, so I was shifting my attention to it and doing the same thing until my body was clear. I feel light. The Sedona method and breathing in this specific way I think made it so much easier. Thank you again!
Hi! Thank you for the feedback and the kind words 😊 Yes, the thoughts and emotions are connected it’s what forms the painful belief.
So, allow the thoughts to be there as a part of what is painful. So use the thoughts to guide in to the painful emotions, become aware of the painful scenario and then do the letting go technique.

Either than that I suggest you breath in through your nose and out through your mouth, practicing the letting go technique and at the same time detecting the specific emotions your feeling using an emotional wheel. You can also ask yourself, what is painful in my life, what don’t I want to look at, and what can’t I accept? Allow yourself to just be with those feelings and don’t be afraid to cry or be angry. Give yourself permission to feel it all 🙏
