Jesus Christ is the only way to be fulfilled. I'm writing this as I just had an encounter with Jesus the Almighty God. I was being tempted by demonic forces. I fell into temptation, and I ran away from the Lord. This hasn't been the first time. I have been on a on and off cycle which seemed to be an endless. But today, I feel called to share this testimony. I watched a video which really opened my eyes while I was still "hiding" from God. It touched my soul to the point that I fell on my knees right away, and begged for forgiveness and guidance. This was beyond anyother feeling I've felt while repenting. This one felt true. I had been like mad at God for being dumped by my this girl I was talking to. So this was a way to be tempted by evil demonic forces. I would get intrusive thoughts, and I kept trying to solve this feeling of being dumped on worldly things. And let me tell you, it only makes it worse. If you're someone who is not sure if you're saved, or if you are saved, but have been going through these on and off cycles such as porn, or secular music(which are other cycles I've been having a difficult time with) I want you to call upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the way, the truth, and the life. If you don't know what to do, I want you to get on your knees, and pray this prayer with your heart:
Jesus, I believe you died on the cross for my sins, and was ressurected on the third day. I believe you came to the Earth, to pay for our sins. Thank you for dieing on the cross for my sins, in Your Name, I pray, amen.
I don't know who is reading this, but if you ever fill an empty whole, which cannot be fulfilled, the only way to fulfill is by Jesus. When you turn your back on Jesus, you seek everything other then him. All worldly things, will never fill that hole.

Defended that night. They did something only they can because they ran UConn of the 3pt line and funneled everything into Kalkbrenner. Bama doesn’t have a defense that can do that, so if they still shoot 50% it will be a track meet.

Burns only plays 22 minutes a game, vs Edey having the ability to play all 40, so it won't nearly be as big a matchup as claimed, and I guess a Bob Cousey finalist in Braden Smith isn't even worth mentioning.
yup i got lazy pulling my 7th all nighter of the march madness season to get this video out! DJ Burns is averaging 32.6 mpg in the tournament outside of the opening round (when he got in foul trouble) and only played 16. It is a big matchup.
I also mentioned Middlebrooks and Diarra will most likely be on Edey defensively unless they are getting buried underneath. I didnt mention Tristen Newton much either for Uconn. Him and Braden gonna do their things. I have mentioned Braden plenty throughout this tournament. Don't see him as an X-Factor in this game. I could be absolutely be wrong tho.
UConn will likely play very aggressive man to man defense and will likely also do some backcourt pressing. If this succeeds in slowing down the pace of play that won’t bode well for Alabama. To put it another way, UConn can win in a grind or a track meet whereas Alabama can realistically only win in the latter style of play
Whereas - if we have a UConn v Purdue final, expect UConn to try to run them out of the gym

@@hardwood_yt as a proud alum, I’ve been caught up in this program since walking around Storrs back in 89-91…..haven’t seen anything like this before. I can recall negotiating with girls in our dorm and they agreed to let us drag their tv into the hallway so we could watch unlv at midnight ET. The tarkanian runnin’ rebels was the only thing that I can recall approaching this level of dominance. But they weren’t multidimensional like this! Don’t think coach K’s best Duke teams were as good. Course I just jinxed them!

I have a somewhat obvious question to ask. UConn is great from 2 and bad from 3...has anyone tried to implement a zone against them? Seems an obvious strategy to try. And if anyone has tried that, what were the results?

The Zone defence against Uconn won't work for the most part because Newton( who gets frequently fouled), Castle and Diarra can easily penetrate. Or, Castle can post up at the freethrow line and quickly drive through to the hoop whenever Clingan or Johnson steps out(Castle is NBA-level as a slasher). Either that or from there throws lobs or passes to the cutting Karaban and Spencer). Also, Uconn's very good at 3-point shooting, surely not in their last 3 games, but over the whole season they were. If their 3-point shooting returns, then game over for Alabama and winner of Purdue/NCSU. Do you now see why teams have not employed the zone against Uconn?
Most teams can't just switch to zone on a limb. Playing certain defenses takes practice.

I think Alabama is going to have an incredibly hard time, Grant Nelson is going to have to hit 3s he's a 27% shooter on a low clip, he's not going to be able to get almost any shots against Donovan Clingan inside,
I think Mark Sears is going to have an awful time with Castle almost all game, Castle has made the best guards in the country all tournament look awful, they're going to have to take tougher 3s Connecticut's not leaving those open
they're taller, more talented, and they'll dictate the pace plays that normally take like 5 seconds are going to take 9-10
then on the defensive side they're going to have to fight through set after set, UConn is a significantly better 3 team than what has been presented in the tournament so far, you can't leave Karaban and Spencer open it's likely Connecticut's going to get their points because of how atrocious the Alabama defense is.

Alabama isn’t going to win. UConn thrives off making the opposing team uncomfortable & getting them off their schemes. UConn will adjust & adapt defensively as they have all season long. Alabama won’t be able to get as many good looks despite their 3 point prowess & efficiency. I think they don’t score over 70
NC State will lose by 10+. Braden Smith will be guarding Horne, not Jones. Horne won't be able to drive to the basket. There will be a very large man in his way. NC State would have to shoot lights out from 3 to even be close to beating Purdue. Sounds like you should bet more with your head, not your heart.
