Cengia S'Istrada Longa - Cala Sisine - Bacu S'Orruargiu | Supramonte di Baunei - Sardegna |

Spettacolare escursione di 21 km e 1100 metri di dislivello con passaggio sulla cengia di s'istrada longa, un passaggio anticamente usato dai pastori sospeso sulle pareti che si drizzano dal sottostante Bacu Addas , dopo averlo attraversato scendiamo verso la spiaggia di Cala Sisine e dopo un rinfrescante bagno iniziamo la salita verso il Bacu S'Orroargiu, al cui interno ammiriamo l'imponente Arcada Manna, un arco alto oltre 120 metri formato negli anni dai fenomeni di erosione carsici.

Amazing hike of 21 km and 1100 meters of altitude gain with passage on the ledge of s'istrada longa, passage used in ancient times by shepherds suspended on the walls that rise straight from the underlying Baccu Addas, after crossing it we descend towards the beach of Cala Sisine and after a refreshing bath we begin the climb towards the Baccu S'Orroargiu, inside which we admire the imposing Arcada Manna, an arch over 120 meters high formed over the years by karst erosion phenomena.
