Eric is such a good man. When the gentleman came with lunch and water, Eric went for the water right away and started giving everyone a bottle before he got one for himself. That is servant leadership in action. I hope he stays with you and masters this skill. He will be a great asset to your company. He has the best sense of humor too. Hey Ryan, I’ve been a construction/landscaper/hardscaper for 5-6 years now part time while I’ve been going to college. I’m one of those people who, when I’m not working, I’m feeling guilty that I’m not at work and making money. So by watching your channel, I at least get that taste of a work day even on my off days. Nice seeing the guest finishers and the Chick-fil-A guy I just wish you gave us more background but I get you’re busy. Today would’ve been perfect to let the destroyer finish a square on the first pour. I’m still waiting patiently Ryan. Autumn asking junior if he had to much Chick-fil-A cracked me up. Eric with the Easy Money finish. I don’t remember seeing that last broom combo for awhile.

I’m English, I think religion in the UK is slowly growing out I don’t know 1 person that goes church and a lot don’t open on a Sunday anymore around me.
That being said it’s nice for someone to feel so passionately about something he’ll travel to tell others about it.
Even if I don’t understand it, I respect it and moving away from family to do it must be hard. Good on him.
Sadly I think bugs days of concrete are over ,lucky to be back next season.

Just started my carpentry apprenticeship with a concrete company straight out of highschool, I’ve been doing it for a good two months now and can say that your videos help me learn techniques to floating and finishing I really appreciate it, also your videos motivate me to do more then just be a company man

Hey friend. Northern Michigan here. I work for Vankalker construction out of Petoskey Michigan. We have guys waiting two plus weeks for concrete. Crazy! I've never seen such a thing. We have to pour our side work during the week after work because we can not get concrete on the weekends nowadays. If your not ordering concrete everyday or a sizeable company...your waiting. They tell us they don't have drivers. The drivers they have they are scared to lose.....the world has changed and it doesn't seem so good. I like your attitude. Keep up the good work. And keep your wits about ya!
I gotta say this was one of the most satisfying videos to watch in a while. Besides the consistently awesome music, seeing 4-5 guys in line finishing and moving at the same time is just perfection.

i've been a union roofer for 14 years (started right out of high school) and at the start of the pandemic it's been like that for us getting materials. it has slowly improved though so hoping things improve for the concrete tradesman out there trying to get material so they can make an honest living

I use to do masonry we didn’t do very much concrete mostly footings and doing all block and brick jobs but man I’m addicted to watching your poors I spent my entire day yesterday watching videos, about 16 hours worth of videos 🤣

Pouring 9 yard at my in laws place first time ever doing it I’ve been waiting 7 weeks at 190 a yard cost just a favor for a family member definitely learned a lot between you and mike day
I will be in town at the beginning of August. Fine's are stacking up for Darrel Jr. It's looking like we will be pulling him in for questioning. Junior is a real asset to the wire pull. I didn'tsee much proper pull done after he filled up on Chic fillet. He is responsible for the whole job and more fines are being stacked up.
